Just getting to grips with setting up my Business within Xero including Bank feeds and other items and Haroon as part of the Tech Support team was extremely helpful and patient. He really made my life a lot easier when it comes to understanding the fundamentals of what is needed when setting up clients. Thanks Haroon!

Quite possibly the worst company for support I have ever encountered and I've encountered quite a few.
They hide their phone number so you need to go through e-mails which simply point you articles.
They don't phone you despite you giving them your number.
Complete shambles. I don't trust them because they don't care about their customers.
Xero is at the cutting edge of tech in the accounting space. Once we used Xero, we never looked back. The Xero community and support is incredible. We've grown leaps and bounds as a firm and our clients have saved so much time on the admin side.

Signed up for this service through Capital One Shopping. Was promised $75 in shopping rewards to signup and pay a monthly fee. Did it, later cancelled, then had the $75 clawed back but wasn’t given a refund. This seems to be the MO of companies that work with Cap One Shopping.
Xero’s product was garbage, they ripped me off, and I’ll never use them ever again.
I’m really appreciating the use of Xero for my book-keeping. It’s a great piece of software and very strongly supported. The online help is excellent. I’ve had first class support, and today had my free one-to-one with a Xero adviser. Mia provided me with answers to my questions. I gave to say that Xero support is second to none. Thank you

I am still getting emails asking me to update my payment - I have cancelled- the last pro rats payment was taken by you- people leave because it’s too expensive pls update your system and stop contacting me!
We’ve used Xero for years, and while the software itself is getting slower, it’s become increasingly frustrating.
Now, the interface is cluttered with constant ads and promotions — currently two for “90% off for new sign-ups” and another for Syft — taking up about 3cm of screen space on a platform we’re already paying for and making usability worse
We pay a subscription for professional software, not to see adverts. Xero is prioritising marketing over user experience, and it’s disappointing to see loyalty rewarded with higher costs and more clutter. We'll be looking at other options
