I have been a Xero customer for 5…

I have been a Xero customer for 5 years, however, 3 things about Xero drive me absolutely mad:

1: Website interface: If you look at the Xero website (before signing up) it looks really nice. However, when you become a customer and sign in, the interface is very different, and looks like they put zero investment into the platform.

2. Support: The site is designed to constantly throw you off contacting support. There is no chat button, and reaching someone takes a long time, after having to go through many steps

3. Customer database: I find it absurd that in Xero, when adding customers, there is no organisation/company field?? I used Quickbooks for years, and adding a new customer meant you could add their name and link them to an organisation. This does not exist in Xero, and I am dumfounded how a business like this can omit such a crucial detail. It is almost like ordering something online from a website that does not let you enter your address.

I would love to post a flowery positive review here, but here is so much work Xero needs to do to improve. My advice? Take a look Xero team at the Quickbooks interface and learn what you should be doing and the options you should provide.
