12Go is a great app. It enables you to find local services like local buses and flights not available in Expedia, Booking or Trip Advisor.

Very good apps for booking transfers. The operators do contact u a few days in advance to make sure you arrive smoothly.

Booked train tickets in Vietnam and then had a query about luggage allowance. Very quick to respond and confirm that the luggage I would be taking was fine. Very efficient.

A phone number was provided to me to contact the bus provider, the number exist on WhatsApp but nobody reply. In these cases I'd expect 12Go to contact the provider and push for a reply.

I made three train bookings for Uzbekistan and they were all perfect. I couldn’t get onto the local Uzbek website so it made it all very easy.
