Excellent great company

Excellent company - not just best prices on tiling products, but for customer service. Beverley had stock physically checked and IT system tweaked so I could order items for click and collect, and the guys who loaded me up couldn't have been more helpful! Awesome job, all!

I used Tile Fix Direct to purchase the Schluter DITRA Matting system. They were super helpful and made suggestions on the correct adhesive I would need to stick the DITRA to my subfloor as well as the best adhesive to use on the DITRA for my type of tile. Overall very happy with the experience.

Had a part missing from my order which I bought 4.5 months ago, however Mark Blackburn, the customer service and operation manager, managed to source one and sent it off the same day. Top customer service in my view, recommended retailer 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

London Tile company are a breath of fresh air, a company who believes in excellent, old fashioned Customer service. I placed a small order & received the delivery (in Cheshire) the very next day. Having expressed my concerns re potential breakages, I received a speedy response assuring me that any breakages would be replaced. The tiles arrived - extremely well wrapped/protected - but unfortunately, 2 were broken & 1 had a minor chip. Beverley wasted no time in shipping out 3 replacements which arrived again, the very next day. A pleasure dealing with such a professional company.

Ordered items last week, paid extra for fast delivery. Was told ALLLLL day Friday it was coming, i waited in a derelict house until 7pm and it never came. Lost an entire weekend of paid tradesmen, and barely even an apology. The items are coming today, while i am not in, at work. Naturally, they blame the delivery company.

Ordered from tilefix as they were one of very few companies that {1} stocked the product I needed.{2} Sold the product as individual pieces,not pack quantity only.
Recieved the order in less than 24 hours, a first class service.

I had a problem with a leaking shower tray. Julian spent a huge amount of time and effort diagnosing the problem, sent out all the replacement parts I needed and helped me every step of the way. Unparalleled customer service!

Good service and would use again. Timely and well packaged items. Everything was as ordered. The schluter was cut wonky and had marks on it, but overall nothing major.

Honestly the best company ever regarding customer service. I emailed about my custom shower tray and they were more than helpful. They rang the manufacturers constantly and always kept me updated via email without me even asking. Email replies are so quick and they couldn’t be more helpful. Would highly recommend.

Placed an internet order for a shower "niche" which the site accepted, but should have flagged as out of stock (something to look at), but got a phone call from Jonathon later the same day explaining the situation & he would get back to me when available, updated twice further on subsequent days including when it would be available, which was unfortunately too late for when needed. Jonathon organised the refund immediately. I think this demonstrates excellent customer service despite not getting what I wanted to buy in the timescale needed. Would definitely use this company again.

Prices for Marmox cheapest I could find on the net and free delivery if spend a certain amount.

Their website is fairly easy to navigate and products are good quality at fair prices. Customer service is fast and responsive. I ordered marmox boards for tiling wc, it came within a few days to me in Ireland. I wish they would deliver long boards to Ireland too but sadly they don't. Overall i am very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend them.

Sent wrong items and missing items
They seemed good, but my order was missing critical items, and another item was incorrect. Despite promising to send the missing items in 3-4 days, I still have nothing more than a month later. I have phoned three times and emailed a dozen more, and each time I am promised it will be dealt with "right away", but still nothing.
