Each time I have ordered from Tile Fix Direct they have processed my order correctly and it has been delivered promptly without damage. Staff on the phone are generally helpful too. As such I am very likely to use them again many times over. Naturally I have no problem in recommending these guys.! Great service and well priced.

Bought a very large shower former and drain. Price was good and it was delivered quickly and professionally. Would happily buy from Tile Fix Direct again.

Only minor bad points (not enough to lose a star) were a) I couldn't choose a delivery day nor could they provide an exact delivery date and b) the packaging said along the lines of "Do not lay flat. Do not stand on." and had a big dusty footprint on it but luckily no damage done.

It was important that the delivery arrived on the right day, which it did. The one query I had was dealt with straight away. The items (Arditex NA) were substantially less expensive than from anywhere else I could find that could deliver in time.

Can't fault Tile Fix. They supplied the goods super fast and the quality is great. I'd recommend them to anyone else considering a wet room.

Good range of products available at good prices but just as importantly for a DIY customer there is detailed advice on selection and installation readily available. Have already recommended Tile Fix Direct to a friend.

Over the last couple of years when I am adding 50+ items to get the price break discounts they never seem to have the stock.. so I end up being faced with having to pay the higher unit price. Please sort out your stock levels or stop offering large discounts when you cannot honour them
