Sent wrong items and missing items
They seemed good, but my order was missing critical items, and another item was incorrect. Despite promising to send the missing items in 3-4 days, I still have nothing more than a month later. I have phoned three times and emailed a dozen more, and each time I am promised it will be dealt with "right away", but still nothing.
