Bought a shoe horn for collection from the store, very slow from ordering to delivery in store as not a stocked item but the rating reflects when it did arrive it was as described and a good purchase. I was well informed along the way.

Excellent team making sure the events run smoothly at some very good courses and generally good value for money. NCG are looking to improve year on year and the "swing" of two or three courses together was a nice addition, with us enjoying Burnham & Berrow & Machynys Peninsula in particular this year.

Extensive menus to choose from and excellent experience with both the chef on the day and the liaison between the company and myself on going, would definitely recommend after this experience, the food was wonderful!

Ordered part for bath taps, which despite dialogue wasn’t right, largely due to the age of the existing taps, but part was received quickly, and refund settled quickly when sent back, so would definitely deal with this company again.

Placed an internet order for a shower "niche" which the site accepted, but should have flagged as out of stock (something to look at), but got a phone call from Jonathon later the same day explaining the situation & he would get back to me when available, updated twice further on subsequent days including when it would be available, which was unfortunately too late for when needed. Jonathon organised the refund immediately. I think this demonstrates excellent customer service despite not getting what I wanted to buy in the timescale needed. Would definitely use this company again.

Goods arrived in timely fashion and as described unfortunately one of the items did not fit properly and had to go back. Easy to send but being charged for returns limits this to a 4 star instead of 5 star

Bought from E tyres on line for the second time. I was looking for particular tyres rather than just the cheapest for my make of car but E tyres prices matched the best & was less than several other suppliers & I went with them because they could fit my tyres at home. Ordering on line was easy confirmation came through quickly & I asked for an early afternoon fitting as a request 2 days from the order. The fitter phoned on the morning confirmed a two hour window in which he would arrive & arrived at the start of the two hour slot, fitted the tyres quickly & efficiently, even reset my in car dials & put all the tools & spare tyre away. His whole manner was friendly and helpful, explaining he few questions I had in laymens terms.
Would recommend the to a friend - in fact I have!
