I had surgery with Dr. Mudera on 02.11.2023, at Hammersmith Hospital. I was first on the list. before the operation, i received so much information from the staff, during my pre-assessment call and in emails. The booklets are useful and the staff were really informative. When i arrived, i was nervous, but Abbie made me feel reassured and Dr. Ali was very calming. the whole team checked on me. before i went to theatre, the surgeon drew on me and we went over what was going to happen again. I felt so comfortable and my nerves went. before i knew it, i was in recovery. im a softy, so i was in pain, but they handled it all quickly and within no time i walked to the toilet and went to the ward. Ami, the ward nurse kept checking on me and went over my discharge information so many times so i did not forget. they even give you a number for an emergency nurse, but i did not need it. Once home, the nurse called to check on me too. Ive had 2 wound care appointments, and so far, i love my results. my incisions are very neat. I highly recommend Enhance, and Dr. Mudera.

we had a nightmare, car broke 2 hours from home and while the call centre people were really unhelpful giving different times and not calling back, the guy that came to the scene was amazing. It was freezing cold and late (10pm) but he rocked up with a chipper attitude, so helpful and informative. he immediately knew what was wrong and how to help. When in distress, you need this type of person!

Ordered items last week, paid extra for fast delivery. Was told ALLLLL day Friday it was coming, i waited in a derelict house until 7pm and it never came. Lost an entire weekend of paid tradesmen, and barely even an apology. The items are coming today, while i am not in, at work. Naturally, they blame the delivery company.

Wouldn’t recommend company. Poor expectations set about delivery times, they pass the sale to pink sky ltd who also don’t communicate and then today at long last my table arrived damaged. Now have to wait 7 days for a replacement. ManoMano have said they need 2 days to investigate, luckily (I hope) the company who produced the table, are sending replacement. Too many agents involved in the purchasing of 1 item and too many people to avoid you or blame each other when it all
Goes wrong.
Had I known that the garden set was then coming from an entirely different company represented by ManoMano I’d have just bought direct.
