Placed an internet order for a shower "niche" which the site accepted, but should have flagged as out of stock (something to look at), but got a phone call from Jonathon later the same day explaining the situation & he would get back to me when available, updated twice further on subsequent days including when it would be available, which was unfortunately too late for when needed. Jonathon organised the refund immediately. I think this demonstrates excellent customer service despite not getting what I wanted to buy in the timescale needed. Would definitely use this company again.
