The stone in our client's kitchen was not properly bonded to the top of the carcass in front of the sink (it was a dry joint). We raised the matter with Sue on several occasions; however, our initial enquiries were met with an unhelpful response, and subsequent emails went unanswered. Despite this, the issue remained unresolved, and we were ultimately forced to source and pay for the necessary correction. We incurred costs to go to London to rectify their poor workmanship - we invoiced Stone Circle for this and needless to say they are refusing to pay.
Once they have your money they do not give a damn!
We will never use this company again.

Fantastic service, really happy with how our marble countertops turned out.

The member of staff I dealt with was very helpful. There was no pressure to make a purchase and she gave me lots of time to look at the difference surfaces and make sure I was happy with my choice.

Installation was well organised and completed without any problems. The worksurface looks fab in my new kitchen.

Absolutely Brilliant, from choosing my gorgeous quartz kitchen tops to the tempting ordering and installation this whole process took between 2-3 weeks. Service is amazing and all the staff are friendly, dedicated and fantastic and believe in their products (how it should be). Would definitely recommend without any hesitation.

Sue was superb in the showroom giving constructive help and advice. Even when there was an issue with sizes, Not Stonecircles fault I hasten to add, Sue and the team bent over backwards to resolve the problem for us.
Nigel, the templater, was friendly punctual and again, provided excellent ideas.
The fitters done a suberb job. They came in, done their work, tidied up and were gone. No messing. They knew their job and performed it to perfection.
I used to be a finishing foreman for a well known high end builder so I know what to expect and what to look for. I have no hesitation in recommending Stonecircle for your kitchen worktops.

After having visited several other places without successfully finding the kitchen worktop material & colour I had in my mind I met Sue at Stone Circle. Not only was she very knowledgeable but patient whist I explored all options. From then to installation I could not recommend Stone Circle enough & absolutely delighted with the outcome. Extremely rude lady on the phone, she didn't have any manners, and accused me of not speaking to the company before. Spoke in a very condensing way to me, despite me having an enquiry for business. Disgusting service, I would not recommend them. I wonder how they are still in business with such a horrible person on the team. Unexpected bad service, not what anyone needs.
