Everything went as promised - quick next day delivery, excellent safe packing, and reasonable price

Great company, quick delivery, high quality gown. Everything went according to plan, and the gown was much nicer material than the one used by the University's designated company. Even saved a few £ on the price.

Quick download and easy installation
Very quick and easy download, and despite some small issues during activation everything was pretty smooth. I sent an email explaining the error message and received a near instant reply with a solution.

Chloe (Nothando) was helpful and professional, walked me through the process to get my phone working again without any hassle.

Excellent tech support, poor phone lines. I was on hold forever and cut off from the first call, but finally reached somebody and my problem was sorted out. My conclusion: BP Pulse is great and infuriating in equal doses.

Chantelle was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. I have never charged this car before, and there was some confusion about Charge Your Car vs BP Pulse, but she figured it out and everything was fine in the end.
I have no idea if today's rep was an outlier, so I cannot say much about BP Pulse as a company.

I was a bit nervous when I saw that the glasses were coming from Hong Kong, but it was amazingly fast, and the quality and level of detailed follow up from the company was extremely good.

DPD is nearly always reliable and friendly. I have heard from drivers in the past that the company is a bit harsh with them (for example if they miss a delivery window due to traffic diversions), but more recently this seems less of a problem.

This parcel arrived damaged, as were the contents. The courier was so busy on his phone he didn't even speak with the recipient, he just walked away. Absolutely terrible!

I searched high and low for an online notary that could be used for real-estate documents even though I live outside the US. Notarize.com worked well, was very affordable, and was accepted even by picky lawyers in the US.

One small problem arose during both of my notarization sessions though. The sound stopped working mid-session, and I had to refresh the page or change settings to get it back. In one session, neither the notary nor I could get the sound back in the end, but luckily our conversation was nearly over so we made do.

Aside from that, a fine service in every way.

Toolstation never fails to impress. I am especially happy with the low minimum purchase for next day delivery, but also happy with the selection. Consistently cheaper than others, and also has physical shops for those who want to pick up or return.

Despite some delay processing my order due to a Bank Holiday weekend, it was sent next-day delivery and everything was perfect.

I ordered a lot of different foods to try out this online shop. It arrived quickly, but two of the tubs of peanut butter had come open during transit - it quite a mess! I was expecting the worst, but I got a quick response and very efficient offer to refund the price of any damaged items. I would - and will - shop here again.

My purchase was smooth and easy. The website was clear. Shipping was quick. The price was very competitive. I would definitely buy here again if/when I need more varnish.

Sent wrong items and missing items
They seemed good, but my order was missing critical items, and another item was incorrect. Despite promising to send the missing items in 3-4 days, I still have nothing more than a month later. I have phoned three times and emailed a dozen more, and each time I am promised it will be dealt with "right away", but still nothing.
