Foolishly fell for the slick…

Foolishly fell for the slick advertising and forgot to check out reviews.
Purchased a pair of "outdoor " shoes. On the positive side they are neatly assembled, aesthetically ok and comfortable.
Bad news is they are comfortable in the way slippers are and just as suitable for outside use.The soles are the most ridiculous segmented bits of rubber stuck to a sub sole a few millimetres thick.You can feel everything through them, totally unsuitable for outside use. The synthetic uppers would I suspect also be completely inadequate for outside use.

Should have returned them but couldn't be bothered, they are ok as a driving shoe.

In conclusion ,DO NOT BUY.

A fast and polite reply,but as usual f#g useless

Once again totally incapable of a resolution.
Best advice is to phone their 0330 number. I have wasted many hours talking to different operatives on that number,useless,useless,useless.
I just cannot understand how none of the people I have phoned,emailed or written to are not willing or capable of transferring my complaint to someone who knows their backside from their elbow and sort out a simple administrative mistake. I will not be phoning them, life is too short.

totally incompetant

The most obtuse ,incompetant and difficult company to deal with, ever.
I have been writing,emailing and phoning them for three years trying to get them to stop sending me an invoice for previous owners of my property. When I told them that the invoices were being sent to the wrong address,they added my name to the names of the debtors and continued to send them. In Sept of last year they accepted the error, apologised for it and assured me that was the end of the matter. They are now sending demands again.
If I could afford it I would sue them for harrassment and compensation for the many hours I have spent trying to get them to right their wrong.
They are not fit to be in business,deal with them at your peril!

Badly made

If you want a comfortable shoe that you are happy to throw away after limited use, then skechers are for you.
The build quality is shocking, I would say not fit for purpose.
My waterproof walking shoes are splitting on both sides,let in water and the fabric is disintegrating. They are only worn twice a day for half an hour when the weather is bad. Very poor value.

Ovo energy are staffed by the most…

Ovo energy are staffed by the most obtuse, incompetent and possibly most stupid people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
For over two years I have been trying to inform them that an invoice they keep sending me is not mine.
I have returned invoices,written letters as to why they are mistaken, emailed them,used the online chat line,spoken on the phone to someone in the UK and spent hours explaining to various employees in ( I guess ) india. Yet they persist. I am not nor ever have been a customer of sse or ovo.

Thieves

Outright scam site. Un-contactable.Site had dissapeared by the time I contacted my bank. The internet is now flooded with completely fraudulent sites, do not understand why banks give legitimacy to these people by allowing their payment systems to be used.
Trust pilot needs a zero or minus rating.

Not the Bank they used to be

Transfered over 6000 via my online account. Twenty four hours later money not arrived, as I write am still on the phone to them for over an hour listening to plinky plonk music while waiting to be put through to a department that will give me an explanation. Its ridiculous, the amount of security questions are absurd and the same questions are asked repeatedly.
Have now spoken to the fraud dept who again asked all the same ridiculous questions, and finally satisfied ,agreed to forward the money, totally unaceptable!
A few months ago I had to phone them to make an international payment of 32 euro to france. They sent over 2000 euros to a bank in Berlin!!!
Like others,if I didnt think they would mess everything up I would leave them tomorrow and find a better bank.

Shocking quality

Really needed a comfortable shoe, fell for the hype around skechers. To be fair, they are they most comfortable shoes I've ever bought, but they are also the WORST build quality I've ever bought.
Within weeks the faux leather delaminated from around the front of the shoe,within a month or so the sole seperated from the toe area.
A customer lost for life.

Almost right

Setting up an account was very,very easy,online and with a most helpful staff member by phone.
I was amazed how quickly the order was authorised by my doctor and dispatched by Pharnacy2U with notifications sent to keep me informed of the order progress by P2U and Royal mail.
I am only giving four stars as there was one significant error in the process,despite asking for the delivery to be left in a nominated safe place,royal mail did not leave the package but left a card for the prescription to be collected from the sorting office. That is not the service I wished for,but do not know whether the error was the fault of P2U or Royal mail..
Hopefully the repeat prescription will meet with my request.
