London Tile company are a breath of fresh air, a company who believes in excellent, old fashioned Customer service. I placed a small order & received the delivery (in Cheshire) the very next day. Having expressed my concerns re potential breakages, I received a speedy response assuring me that any breakages would be replaced. The tiles arrived - extremely well wrapped/protected - but unfortunately, 2 were broken & 1 had a minor chip. Beverley wasted no time in shipping out 3 replacements which arrived again, the very next day. A pleasure dealing with such a professional company.
