Purchased items which were delayed being opened and fitted due to COV19. When opened package the item was damaged due to being outside of 28 notice period.

Pre-ordered boots due to be released on the 3rd August. Received an e-mail today advising order has been cancelled due to a payment issues and they must be re-ordered. Nothing wrong with the payment but surprise surprise when you go to re-order they are now £55 more expensive and not available until sometime between the 15th - 20th.
Total Con !!!!!!!!!! will not use again
The issue you have with payments is if not taken from the pending account within 10 days it will return it to the account holder. This is not declined but returned, you clearly do not understand your banking system.

Hi Colin,
I can confirm that we do not capture funds for products until stock has arrived. Unfortunately when we attempted capture for your order when payment came in, it unfortunately declined and we therefore had to cancel your order.

Took payment, did not send the product for weeks. Kept advising will be shortly. Then told actually not being shipped from Poland so refunded the payment. Looked to order once back trading and prices increased by 30%

Hi Colin, we are really sorry you had this customer experience, but pleased you received your refund promptly. We have since taken this product option down from the website and decided to concentrate on our core offer, which involves less customisation of the external paints. Once again apologies for this, an we will try to do better next time.
