Unable to enter meter readings over a week in early June

Unable to enter meter readings on website due to website problem. Had to speak with human to endorse my account. Could only update account during office hours. Your office needs to be open later and over weekends in order to assist customers.

Terrible

Terrible. The resultant served cold, sloppy food and Just Eat promised to refund me by the same method of payment which would hit my account within 7 days. This has not happened. They are essentially lying and keeping my money by trying to say they have issued credit to my account. By law they are meant to return the payment in full by method used by the customer. I’ve asked for senior management to contact me and am still waiting days later. Absoultely appalling and doesn’t not present JuSt eat in a very good light at all.

Well I’ve been contacted now my…

Well I’ve been contacted now my Onestream for customer loyalty to sort out the issue of being overcharged even though cancelled. To resolve issue they are willing to waiver the fee (albeit I’d already cancelled) if I take out a new contract. They are completely ignoring my wishes. I’m waiting for Tom H to get back, and also 2 other staff trying to resolve it by selling me another contract. They’ve already been fined for their selling practices by OFCOM. I’d also like to know why you are adding on Kaspersky - a Russian company which has already been banned in the USA and has been recommended not to be used in the UK. How is this ethical?

Well I’ve been waiting for my delivery…

Well I’ve been waiting for my delivery of Feather’s McGraw and it hadn’t arrived even though it’s been paid for and the money taken straight away. I get an email saying they are ceasing trade as their stock has been stolen and the police haven’t been helpful. I’m very surprised particularly as the directors have put the company under charge of another, Surely they should’ve stopped their advertisements on Facebook selling items if they have their stock stolen. Having read others comments I was surprised to see the directors have already dissolved 2 companies in April, liquidated another. Something just doesn’t add up here. See companies house for records. They are too quick in dispersing the police and insurance - very suspicious.

Happy with ID mobile

Happy with ID mobile. I have been paying double charges for last 2 months as I hit an upgrade but it went through to a new contract. Online chat was frustrating as the person didn't know what they were doing. However when I got through to the complaints team is was resolved swiftly and they have been fair and quick in their resolution.

AVOID - THEY ARE TAKING MONEY NOT AUTHORISED TO

No customer service. Continue to charge for services cancelled. Now charging for a service that was never wanted or agreed to. Noone ever gets in contact even though someone is replying to messages on here to say they will. Cannot get through on phoneline. ive asked for a deadlock letter. No reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are now trying to charge for Kaspersky for a fraud service which I never signed up for or wanted. Im am appauled.

Teresa, thanks for your message however it has come too late. I wanted to speak to someone back in April. Yes someone called me however I was unavailable at that time today and had already asked them to contact me by email as my preferred contact. This has caused considerable distress. Further my debit card has been used by your company - you have essentially taken an unauthorised payment that was not a set up direct debit. My bank informs me this is fraudulent use. I wish for an explanation. I won’t ring you as there is a 35 min wait time. You would be better to call me at an agreed time or on email which your company has.

Stop your direct debits

Well I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me so this is a new complaint. You are still sending me another bill for £57.49 for a month. I am horrified that you are getting people to set up direct debits and then deciding to just take whatever money from my account you choose. THIS WAS NEVER RENEWED!!!!!!!
I have asked for a deadlock letter and no one has bothered to get back to me.

I urge everyone thinking of signing up not to. Also stop your direct debit when the service finishes on your agreement. Even though you are told to contact them if you want to renew, they will continue to take money out of your account.

Edit: these details have been submitted again same as last time. Please sort the issue by contacting me rather than trying to just delete my review

Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted. They have raised my bill from £21.90 to £47.00 without even informing me of this change. They have said this is due to the office of national statistics and that I am out of contact. However I was on the last day of contact and they have taken 11 days to respond to me. I am horrified with the way this company has acted.

Update: May 23

Well still no one has got back time re my complaint. Alas they have attempted to take another payment for £53 this time. This is attempted theft.

Rubbish

Rubbish - returned item 5 months ago - £103 and no refund. Followed up with evidence of tracking, return label and told that I need to raise it with the delivery company. Delivery company said that the seller needs to raise the issue with them as a free return label was provided. Very unhelpful and passing the book, rather than solving the issue.

Response again relinquishes any real help apart from saying they will help. Please back this up with actual help not just words. No evidence or any help from this company even though returned and tracked to you. Will not use this company again.

Unable to fulfil order with promises it was en route - it never was!

From the service received I do not recommend this company at all. Half of the order arrived, the other half I was told by the delivery guy would be following the next day. Nothing appeared. I contacted them and was told it would be arriving shortly. I got an alert saying something was dispatched, but again nothing ever arrived. After hounding the sales for a refund they eventually returned the money for the undelivered item. I would've expected delivery fee returned too given them not being able to fulfil the order as advertised. From the 5th to 31st March they sat on my money. What ever is happening with this organisation it really is lacking with their online sales which needs urgently addressing.

Very interesting to see that any positive reviews on here are from the "invited" list - I query if any of these are legitimate.

Bravo to AInsdale

Bravo to AInsdale.

I requested a test drive the day before and was offered a time to fit my schedule.

Was greeted at the door and taken to the sales guy Jack.
Answered all of my questions and proceeded with a test drive. It was very professionally done, yet relaxed.

Follow-up call the next day and no hard sell which is much appreciated. It definitely puts other big car dealers to shame and its definitely on the top of my list for a car purchase. thank you

Great. Lovely food, friendly accommodating staff, cinema.

Only negative was some of the seating looked very worn and cramped, chip out of a glass we had on the table. Also the coke was £3.70ish which was extortionate.

Not a great experience - feel let down by VW as a whole

I will try to complete this as fair as possible.

Good points: Graham Nicklin - helpful in getting the brand new car I wanted, delivering to me, prompt return of calls, regular updates, no hard sell. Delivery guys really friendly and explaining everything to me.
When needing to reject the car for fault - it was picked up quickly and most of my money was returned from VW.

Average points: Bent rear wiper which had to be sent back to garage and replaced. This was done on same day, so it wasn't problematic.

Bad points: Car arrived day later that was planned in discussion with used sales team (given Graham was away) even though I was asked to take delivery day before (taking time off work and waiting around all day for delivery for it not to arrive).

Major fault with car, which I explicitly asked was this particular engine effected by kangaroo issues. I was assured it wasn't, even though the VW network were fully aware of the issues. Either lack of communication between teams or dishonesty - not sure which.

Was told mistakenly that I could not receive a full refund given that I had driven the car (literally nowhere) and also wouldn't receive my service plan back (even though I hadn't used it).

I also figured out that I was charged the higher tax bracket for the car than what I should been charged. After heated discussion and going through VW head office, 4 months later my final refund came through.

The majority of my VW correspondence kept going to the wrong address. This was highlighted several times and was told that it would be rectified. Whatever happened it wasn't rectified and my pensioner neighbours had to keep walking down the road with all of my post containing important documentation.

It was a very stressful, time consuming process and not one I wish other customers to have to face. Im now without a VW Golf and on the look out for a new vehicle.

I assume that when the car is in full working order buyers are happy, but this was very tiresome and upsetting process.

Updated: Not impressed - wasted time and providing quotes for cars they can no longer order

Update: Peter from Carwow has passed the information on to the car dealership about wasting a week of my time with false promise of a car for negotiation.

Peter was helpful and hopefully something can be done to prevent other dealerships from taking advantage of people on this website.

Many of the dealers here are sending out fantastic offers and when they enter into discussions with you make up an excuse that they can’t get that car anymore or the last one has just gone...... but can we interest you in £3000 more expensive model? 5 days of discussions to be told that they no longer stock it. Why didn’t they just tell me at the beginning - totally false advertisement.

2 minutes after I got an email
Saying the car was unorderable, I got an updated quote from THE SAME DEALER with the revised price of the car they just told me they could no longer order.

This needs to be investigated with trading standards. An absolute joke.
