Did everything asked for

Full sized sample arrived within 2 days. Very happy with the amount of choice they had, they were the only supplier through who I was able to match my old white tiles. I was nervous about the delivery being on time for my tilers but they did indeed arrive within 2 working days. They answered my call immediately when I called for an update and delivery courrier quai called me to warn me he was 10 mins away.

Tiles were good but its not next delivery

Tiles were good but its not next delivery. Ordered twice and both times it was not next day. When I questioned why they just said depends when the courier turns up and its a flat fee for whatever is ordered. Not really the point when next day is advertised. Also don't respond to e-mails.

Good service and fast delivery

I have been dealing with Tileexperience since 2011 (part of Borden Tiles of Croydon ).
I found the service excellent, products value for money and good advice.
The delivery is almost always next day which makes a great difference in time of emergency,

I deal with Lee from the sale department and no matter what I needed over the years he was always there to help

Terrible Experience

Ordered tiles for collection on line which said they were in stock. Paid for order and even received an email informing me that my order was ready to collect. My husband went to collect the order the next day (1 hour journey) only to be told the tiles were in fact not in stock and nobody knew when they would be in. Tiler was on standby to finish our bathroom, so waste of time and money. Just hope I get the money back as quickly as it was taken. My advice would be to steer clear of this company to avoid disappointment.

Overall good experience

Delivered quickly. One item was late, even though it appeared to be in stock, delivered separately. All items delivered in good state. No quibbles with returns of unused products.

Quality tiles and good service (but careless delivery from APC)

Communication was always prompt and friendly. The tiles i ordered were lovely, and very good quality. They were sent in 2 cardboard boxes, maybe a small pallet would have been preferable, as one box appeared to have been thrown around and despite all the bubble wrap, about half the contents were broken. However this was quickly sorted out and the broken tiles immediately replaced.

Delivered on time with helpful driver

Ordered on Sunday hoping for ‘next day delivery’ on Tuesday. Got out of the shower 8.15 Tuesday morning to two missed calls 10 minutes earlier where the delivery driver had tried to deliver. I called the driver back, and he turned round and came back to deliver the tiles. Carrying them to where I wanted them stored until the work started.

(Tiles yet to be laid, but look as expected.)

If I could give zero stars I would have

**AVOID AT ALL COSTS** to pay £20 next day delivery for it not to arrive and just be told courier let them down, is not good enough attitude on customer service is disgusting when you have works planned in and have to be delayed because your order has not been received will never use again and will be telling everyone to avoid like the plague

Positive experience

I'm impressed with the fast one day delivery (even though my address is not on the map). I left a voice message on their phone and they got back to me promptly. Communication is good.

The SERVICE COULD BE IMPROVED by provided customers with tracking information.

Like previous reviewer, next day delivery promised and here we are 4 days late because of incompetent labelling of order and dumb couriers repeatedly trying to deliver to the wrong address.

If I could give zero stars I would!

A large order for tile adhesives was placed on a next day delivery, which never arrived! We had a whole team of tilers come to a grinding halt, as these had not arrived when promised.

The day after is was meant to arrive (a Friday), we chased them to try and get it delivered, to which they replied that it would be delivered by 10am on the Saturday. Conveniently, none of their contact numbers work, or are answered, on Saturdays! So the team of tilers that have been paid to work overtime on the weekend, sat around not being able to do anything!

The Monday arrived, and the response from them was that it was delivered. May I say, without the offer of a proof of delivery, instead they started blame shifting. No feedback regarding the status of the order, the only time we heard anything was when we phoned to find out what is going on, even then it came to nothing!

We eventually ended up cancelling the order, exactly a week after we ordered it (without delivery taking place), with us being out of pocket due to massive site delays and wasted overtime expenses!

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

They have a review system from Reviews.io, but it is an absolute farse, because you are not able to leave reviews for them unless they allow you! That is why they have a 97% positive feedback stat on their website.

If you value your hard earned cash, do not gamble on it working out for you.

Tile Experience, Great Experience

Although there were issues with their website that day I spoke with Lee over the phone and he quickly created my order and had it dispatched with free next day delivery.
The tiles are amazing quality, so I rate this company very highly.

Perfect!

Not a good experience

Not a good experience! Ordered 2 x bags of grout online and only purchased from this company as they offer next day delivery. I ordered on Sunday for a Tuesday delivery. Got an email on Monday morning saying that the grout wasn't in stock (although it was 'in stock' on their website). Agreed to Wednesday delivery only to get an email saying that they had no internet for 2 days so the item won't arriving until Thursday. My tiler is now on another job which means begrudgingly doing the rest of the bathroom myself which is not ideal. They need to get back up systems for customer orders and make up-dates to their internet shop advising customers when something is out of stock. rant over.
