Good service (price and delivery) but could do better on packaging
Ordered some Marmox insulating boards, on arrival all the corners were damaged and the outside boards had impact dents. Not too important to me on this occasion as I was cutting them up for small pieces but just wrapping the card packaging with FRAGILE tape does not make any difference to delivery companies who don't seem to be able to read. Tile Fix should have put additional corner protectors on as a minimum.

Used tile fix to purchase a wet room everything that was needed was worked out for me using the online ordering app they use the all I had to do was transfer to the basket .they have secure payment facilities to use so there is no fraud like some sites and it was all delivered the next day ,I will only use this company from now on I'm very pleased with there service they give have recommended them to other builders I now.

Tile fix have always been very quick to deliver the product we have ordered, the only gripe last time was that marmox themselves or the courier (not tile fix) lost the bath panel we were waiting on, however a replacement was sent once this was realized.
