Reached out to the Reebok support and they just shirked the responsibility to the retailer I bought from. I bought overseas so obviously nothing happening on the retailer front.
Utter disappointment and dissatisfied with Reebok shoes and their customer service.

My history of Reebok trainers goes back many decades. I needed another pair of trainers and saw some advertised and ordered a pair ClubC85 Trainers. They looked the same as the ones I used to wear so was confident they would be more or less the same. Once received they looked good but that is as good as it got. When I put them on the soles seemed to be much thinner than I remembered. They also seem to feel much stiffer. I've used them and the experience is not good. I can feel every tiny pebble I step on. They are simply no good. I'll experiment with different innersoles if that does not work they will have to go. Shame but I guess it's the way it is nowadays. Products that used to be good are often bought out by big corporations to make a fast buck and quality goes out of the window. Beware.

Three years now, My Reebok sneakers that I bought online from Amazon after my Puma sneakers wore out have been working great.
A little surprised by the negativity around the brand. These shoes are tough.

I purchased Reebok work/safety shoes and wore them for just over a week (12-hour shifts). They never broke in, remained extremely stiff, and left my feet sore every day. When I reached out for help, the retailer refused any exchange or refund once the shoes had been worn on the job site. Reebok Canada then told me they don’t handle safety/work shoes and pushed me elsewhere, offering no real solution.
It’s disappointing to see such a well-known brand refuse to stand behind its own product. Customers should know that if something goes wrong with your Reebok safety footwear, you may be left with no support.
Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear to me: I won’t be buying Reebok again.

⚠️ Scam Warning!
I ordered shoes and never received them. I sent multiple emails to Reebok, but all I got back were excuses or questions like “Did you receive the shoes?” How could I, when the package was so poorly packed that the postal service didn’t even accept it and sent it back?
I’ve been a loyal Reebok fan for years, but now I honestly think Reebok has turned into trash. After a month, 100 emails, and a buyer protection claim, I finally got my money back.
If anyone else is still waiting for either the package or the refund, my advice is: don’t give up, keep fighting!

This is a trusted global brand, no reasons to hate them. Anyway, it’s much better than those REPLICA or Chinese brands. Quality is preserved and I tested myself, owning basketball shoes and sport suits. But, design is not their strong side I think. Tastes are different, I know. This one is just not my piece of pie. Nike has richer options when it comes to this quality of the product, looks I mean.
That’s why if there is no other options, I’d buy. It’s not bad. But if comparing I still would prefer some other brands. Sorry…

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered the wrong size shoe (yes my fault) and the communication from the customer service ppl is genuinely embarrassing from them. I am utterly baffled at the lack of communication. I’m not even receiving a refund from them, let alone the return label they said they would generate 2 weeks ago. Just save your money, you can buy nicer shoes anyway.
Reebok ONEGT40Z treadmill
We bought the Reebok ONEGT40Z treadmill at the end of October, by January it was clearly unwell, after a couple of service visits where parts were replaced & it still wasnt working properly. They decided to replace it in February as they eventually realised it had been made with a twisted frame. We've had multiple visits since on the bew machine & new bits fitted (on it's 3rd motor, second belt, it's had 2 side runners & an hydraulic arm that I can remember). 2 weeks ago they decided this one was a right off, but no one contacted me to tell me until I wrote a complaint over 1 week ago. They didn't reference my complaint, but replied to it just sentding a code to give to my seller to exchange the machine yet again. So I asked who to address the complaint to in order to get a response. They replied but again didnt mention my complaint at all & just asked if I had received the code. So I replied asking how to escalate my complaint. Although they recieved the email, it has not been responded to, so today I phoned & they are going to speak to the same manager to find where I can complain to. How do Reebok not have a complaints procedure in the uk? I would not recommend their treadmills. Im not a serious runner, I do couch-to-5k 2-3 days a week, so its not heavily used.
Online order never recieved
Ordered Ultra Walk women's wide shoes on April 19, through Reebok.eu which redirected me to Reebok Estonia site. Good thing I did not try to buy several pairs/models! It's been 4 months, the shoes never arrived and I haven't got my money back either. I should have guessed something like that would happen when my online bank deemed the banking link provided by Reebok "untrustworthy". (Like Reebok itself :D )

DON’t BY FROM REEBOK! The worst possible experience ever. If you want to return something, they have a fake return policy, it’s not possible to return anything. Be aware, such a big company but in reality, they are just scammers.
