I ordered an item from the sale section of this store, thinking I was getting a good deal. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very disappointing.

For four days, I had no information about the status of my order or where my item was. There was no update, no tracking, no communication at all. Then today, after waiting for several days, I received an email informing me that my order was cancelled.

The message was brief and impersonal — just a basic apology for the cancellation, with no explanation, no discount coupon, and no form of compensation for the inconvenience.

After this experience, I’ve decided I will not be shopping from this store again.
