Missing item no customer service

Reading the latest reviews it seems there's a pattern. Ordered 2 things, one to push me over £50 to get free delivery. They only delivered that, no trainers. Messaged, said they would get back to me. That was 20 days ago, nothing. Sent reply to them after 13 days asking for update, nothing. Raised another customer service ticket yesterday as it had been 20 days with no contact, nothing. I don't seem to be having much luck at the moment.

Took nectar points despite web issue and no order

Went to pay on Tu site for something, the order came up with a fail message but took my nectar points. 19/10 This was 7 weeks ago. Nectar/Argos/Sainsbury's/TU are all part of same company. Tried twitter help, that was terrible. Tried Argos as you pay through Argos and someone said Nectar. Called Nectar, "yes there's been quite a few calls about this we'll sort it". About 3 weeks later call as not sorted, and was told by end of Nov would be sorted. Now 09/12 and nothing. Do I really need to do small claims for £33 of Nectar points. I'm so annoyed at amount of time I've wasted on this already.

Are you kidding me

Are you kidding me. When logging in you're forced to go through just two recaptcha's if you're lucky. Select all boxes with a car, select all buses until they're gone. No doing this, I'll shop elsewhere.

How do I get answers about a MyCarlo device?

I have a MyCarlo device, I'm still being charged for this £5 every month but I don't know if it works. When I call, the Agent has no idea about it, I've been promised a call back so many times but it never happens. My last documentation is from 2019. It's supposed to include car break down, but the app says I'm not covered. The Mycarlo part of home rescue site isn't live, there's only info now about boilers on their website. How do I get answers about this? If I have an accident what happens? I'm asking here because contacting Home Rescue for over a year now has made no difference. Thanks

Unprofessional

Unprofessional. My Census application is still in progress, they can't even be bothered to update the website or sent an email. Sent 2 emails not one response, I've tried to call twice, no one picks up. I have given so much data to this company and they never even bothered collecting references. Last contact was before Christmas. I received my criminal check certificate early in the new year then tumbleweed. Not even an email. Not acceptable from the Government to treat its people like this especially at a time of such high stress.

I registered for the online doctor account, after 10 days the product they recommended I buy I was told wasn't in stock, no effort to recommend anything else so I didn’t bother again.
I tonight have tried to register for a repeat prescription account because it says I need to register for that separately to the online doctor account but it tells me I’m already registered. But when I try to log in using the online Doctor account details but I can’t log in because my details aren’t recognised. I give up.

Hidden away gem

Hidden away but also benefits from being private. Very good haircut, she described how she would cut the ends to suit my hair type, I was a bit dubious but It's been a week and it's a great cut, easy to manage and looks great with my slightly wavy hair.

Interesting useful information.

I knew my dog might be hard, I had strong opinions on what she might be. Turns out she's such a mix they couldn't tell me much. But you do get a lot of data plus the health info. They also refunded me which was unexpected and appreciated. My dog has a genetic predisposition to DCM which wasn't a worry until there was a massive spike in cases and the culprit "seems" to be lentils, peas, chickpeas. As she gets itchy with grain her food does contain this. So I've switched to another brand just in case. They're also very helpful over email.

No aftersales, no comunication, you will be ignored.

Edit following Powerbee's response - Anna is my middle name which I generally go by. 25th November was my last email. I can prove purchase and attempts to contact Powerbee by email and facebook.
I'm another one who has been ignored. The phone number just tells you to email them, there's a bit busy at the moment apparently, this though has been the case for 3 months. Emails are ignored (4), facebook messages are ignored (2). Delivered quickly but is faulty. I have all these consumer rights but amounts for little when the seller refuses to communicate. If you're happy to have no recourse when things go wrong, then this company is fine and delivers quickly.

Harrogate Ripon Road branch Battery Test

Harrogate Ripon Road branch, had battery tested. Battery was fine and was seen straight away. Done and dusted in under 10 mins. When I do come to replace battery I'll use Halfords for doing this test for me and being honest.

Been in all morning

Been in all morning, with the dog that goes nuts at the sound of the doorbell. No rough time of delivery given which is poor. Tried tracking at 12 to discover they had tried and left me a card. No card left I've checked with my neighbours either side. Signature required so won't leave in porch or with neighbour.

I can't be bothered with this. I'm not waiting in all day on the off chance they'll turn up this time. I've contacted the seller, they can keep the item. Even Yodel gives you an idea of when it will be delivered. I got the option to pay an extra £6.13 for am or pm redelivery, is that a joke?

DX response - I gave you the order number with the review. I'm not wasting more time on this emailing you and explaining again. I've contacted Philips, it's with them.

Sent wrong item, don't respond to email no tel no.

Edit - following this review CEX sorted out the issue.
I bought a £135 speaker they sent me one that they sell for £52. I emailed 7 working days ago but still no response. It's a large speaker, if I return it via post it's only insured to £50, if I take it to the store I've got to lug it and pay transport costs. Also there's another one in Dudley store, is this the correct speaker though. I'd like to find out but I can't call CEX, I can't call the Dudley store to check and they don't respond to emails.
I've bought 3 items from them, 1 which was fine, 2nd was faulty though it was hard to spot until you used a certain feature and now I'm sent a the wrong item. 1 out of 3 isn't very good.

Delivered an order on ebay then spammed me

Why would I want to be spammed from the courier of an ebay order trying to promote its service. I didn't give you permission to contact me. I'm not interested, I've never shown any interest and yet because you had my contact details to deliver the order you think you can then continue to contact me. Unacceptable.
