Unfortunately it’s not possible to give 0 stars because the customer service and crisis handling are completely awful. No email, no apology for stupid mistake, just a silent refund and message for Revolut that you will receive money back. Thanks for being so stupid, pathetic and awful. No regrets for choosing Nike or Adidas all the time because once you try and that’s what happens. At least Nike and Adidas respect their customers. Next time think twice or change management because like that you’ll go bankrupt in couple of years, because you manage to lose one country in 3 days and get hate from everywhere.
