Great pillow but the ordering process a nightmare

I would like to have given 4 stars but the ordering process is a nightmare. Every item is set on multiple pieces and it takes you through multiple pages of multiple products that you pay for each item as you go in multiple transactions. I read everything thoroughly and didn't get caught out with things I didn't order. After ordering I had a panic after reading the reviews and tried to cancel but it was too late instead I was offered a further 20% discount and to their credit they did refund me that 20%.
The product itself is great. I really love my pillow I have no complaints with that at all. Really good product but please sort out your ordering process. Personally I think your sales will improve dramatically if you improve your processes.

Will take your money but they don't ship the products

Ordered on 3 October. Website states the order will be sent within 3 days. On Friday I managed ended up on the chatbox and that started an email to the customer care team who promised the order will be expedited. Still no movement on my items. It has been 11 days and it is still sitting in their warehouse I have now asked for a refund but looking at the comments on here it is going to be a long battle. I will now have to raise a dispute with my credit card company for non receipt of items
