I ordered a pair of Reebok shoes that ended up running small — something I only realized after trying them on. While I understand that sizing can vary, the real disappointment came from how Reebok handled the situation.
Instead of offering a real solution, they asked me to place a new order and gave me just a 10% discount as a "gesture of goodwill." That’s not helpful, especially when I'm the one dealing with the inconvenience and paying for international shipping out of pocket.
Their idea of customer service feels more like pushing the problem back onto the buyer. Really disappointing experience. Won’t be ordering again.
