Ease of use

Ease of use, no transaction fees, I love the currency calculator, you can see what you've purchased, you have the safety of locking your card from your phone, I like how it's a debit card which links to my bank and I don't have to have another account. I trust it!!

Beautifully selected pieces

Nisi jewellery is introducing new pieces on a regular basis to keep us wanting more. The designs are beautifully crafted and chosen with a lot of thought. I've bought items for myself and as gifts for my daughters and my friend. I love how there are many pieces which can be built to change the look. The delivery is fast too.

Not economy efficient!!

Not economy efficient!!
I ordered a pair of Nano X4 trainers on the Saturday evening, by the Monday they had been reduced by £37. I Called up to ask if they could make a reduction as the order had not yet been sent out but they refused saying I can order another pair, same shoe, same size...which would probably crossover in the air path. In this day in age with all the emissions and global warming, it seems wrong to send these trainers back and resend another pair out. Good old Netherlands, what would Greta say?

Honestly, it's the best card out there!!

I have been praising the Currensea card and app since I received it. On my holiday it hasn't failed me at all, I'm now even more of a fan and keep telling everyone how great it is. I like how it keeps you up to date with what you've been spending in the currency used aswell as GBP, where the transaction was actioned and how much you've saved on the exchange rate. I like the handy calculator to see the currency exchange amounts and how you can set daily spend limits, but the best thing is how there's no exchange fee and no messing around opening new accounts ot topping up a card. Honestly, it's the best card out there for travelling and that's why I give it a full five stars and I'll keep on telling everyone to get one. Thank you to all at Currensea, what a brilliant business!!

Delivery company used puts the service down.

The website is easy to navigate, with good offers. Don't think you're ordering from the classy HOF though, as it's mostly Sports Direct!! Unfortunately, the delivery company they use (Evri) lets the service down; I've ordered from here twice now and had missing orders each time. This is so frustrating and wastes your time having to then chase up through both Evri and then HOF....so annoying. Changing the delivery company would save you thousands of pounds and improve your reviews.

Fast delivery and easy assembling

Fast delivery and easy assembling. My 14yr old lad put them together and they are a good strong sturdy set of shelving. I would definitely buy from here again. Highly recommended.

Lying courier

Why can't there be an option to contact the courier or leave a mobile number for them to phone. They come at 17:43 when I was in the kitchen, they didn't knock loud enough and could see the car, outside the planned delivery time slot of between 18:43 - 20:43 (which we weren't made aware of this slot until 14:47, when it was too late to do anything on my day off). Then lied and said they'd attempted again at 21:33 when we were sat in the living room next to the front door.

More care needs to seen from the lab

The staff are helpful but I've had a few trips back and forth to get somewhere due to re-testing and varifocals being out and then not suitable. I thought the biofocal reading lenses would be the right choice and a last visit but after picking them up today they are (the reading lense) sitting at different heights. I don't understand how a professional can manage to mess that up. Seems like not enough care has gone in to the making. Shame I'll have to go back for the sixth visit 😐

Seat price increase on submitting payment

I have been on my TUI app today to book the seats for our family holiday in August. When I went on to book the seats the price shown was £11 per seat. I selected our seats and proceeded to pay with my card details. When I selected submit the page wouldn't move on to confirm the request, so after no movement I re-entered the information. When the page returned to select the seats the price had increased to £12.50 per seat. I phoned customer services after waiting for 25 minutes and being cut off twice, to ask if they could look in to this and the lady informed me that she had just spoken with another customer who also had the same issue and that when she asked the relevant team, they wouldn't honour the original price, apparently stating that she should've booked her seats at the time of booking. The customer service representative said she hadn't been informed of a price increase and it wouldn't be worth asking the same question again as they'll probably say the same as before, and to keep trying to see if the price decreases again. I think it is very unfair to show the price and then increase it whist trying to submit a payment and refuse to honour the payment shown when selecting the seats. I feel upset and let down.

Freebird airlines- like many other airlines prices are live and they are subject to increase/ decrease I'm afraid and this is something that we have no control over, nor can we monitor.

One glass a day improved my energy levels and stopped me feeling sluggish

Great offer 👍 Fast delivery 🚚 I've been having the super greens 💚 for a little over two weeks now but not feeling any difference yet. Maybe I just need a new job 🤔
UPDATE 31.07.23: well, after a glass a day (almost) since April I must say my skin is noticeably healthier looking and feels like satin, my hair is flake free and feels fuller with a healthy shine, I have more energy and don't feel tired as often (I can even watch a movie before bed) and I don't feel sluggish anymore. The Super greens is a super health booster and I love it!! 💚🍏🥦

Bad customer service and will leave you out of pocket

I restarted my subscription last week, the payment was taken but DPD didn't deliver. I phoned Hello fresh and they said they would refund me. A week later and I still haven't received my refund, but I can see a credit to my account, nor have I received this week's parcel. After speaking with DPD, this time Hello fresh haven't asked for a pick up apparently, but they have again taken my payment. Two payments taken, no food packages and no refund. Also customer services is in Poland and the man was rude.

We're so sorry to hear about this experience with our service and please know this is in no way standard for HelloFresh.

If your delivery was unsuccessful for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund instead of the credit on the account. In respect to another box being created, this is most likely due to the auto-renewing subscription nature of our service. If you didn't skip a week or cancel your subscription by the deadline, another order would have been automatically created and charged for.

As a company, HelloFresh works to a 23.59 pm deadline, five days before the next order is due, for all our delivery days. Once the deadline has passed we go to our suppliers and order the ingredients we need to fulfill the orders for the coming week and update our couriers so they can plan their delivery routes. This process helps us reduce food waste and ensures that your delivery arrives in good time.

So I can issue a refund for your failed delivery and also check out what happened in this instance, I've sent you a Find reviewer request here and may I ask that you provide me with the following details in a private message: full name, address, phone number and email.  As soon as we have the details I will be happy to look into the matter further.

Good range, speedy delivery

Good range of choices on their website. Order was quick and simple to process. Delivered within a couple of days from DHL, although I did end up collecting them from the DHL depot due to inappropriate delivery slots with my working hours. The stools went together easy enough, only one looks slanted on the back, but it's livable.

2 weeks on and still no update regarding my missing TV

Yet another review to let everyone know I've still not had any reply from my complaint to Domestic & General. Also, my TV is still with Satellite Sound and Vision, two weeks today, no update, and the company has apparently moved premises so I don't even know where my TV is. I'll be phoning my local Trading Standards tomorrow for some advice.
