I wish I could give zero stars. This website is absolutely terrible. Right now, as I’m writing this review, the site is showing an error — I can’t log in to my profile, place an order, or even access customer support. I’ve purchased from them before, and the number of items delivered didn’t match what I had ordered. Support refused to acknowledge the issue. Their customer service is practically nonexistent — you simply can’t get in touch with them, and they take no responsibility at all. Don’t expect any kind of support from them.

Appena ho inserito l'ordine mi sono accorta che era stato preso un mio vecchio indirizzo, ho contattato il servizo clienti ma mi hanno risposto che non potevano procedere nè con rimborso nè con cambio indirizzo, dovevo accettare il pacco e procedere con reso, questa risposta è abbastanza insensata dato che avevo già fornito il mio nuovo indirizzo che è addirittura in un'altra regione. 
La mia preoccupazione è che consegnino il pacco al mio vecchio indirizzo dove non abito più e chi si trova lì accetti il pacco senza nemmeno contattarmi. 
Ho sollecitato risposte e soluzioni alternative per non mandarlo in giro per tutta l'Italia ma nessuno mi ha più fatto sapere nulla, si rimpallano il problema tra il servizio clienti e il mio pacco sarà già nelle mani di qualcun altro ora. 
Ora, ho trovato finalmente qualcuno in gradi di recuperarmi il pacco al mio vecchio indirizzo ma sono passati 8 giorni ed il tracking è ancora bloccato al primo giorno, nessun aggiornamento dal sito e nessuna risposta nonostante i giornalieri solleciti dal servizio clienti.

Terrible experience.
As soon as I placed the order, I realized that an old address of mine had been used. I contacted customer service, but they told me they couldn’t issue a refund or change the address. I was told I had to accept the package and then proceed with a return. This response made no sense at all, considering I had already provided my new address, which is even in a different region.
My concern is that the package will be delivered to my old address—where I no longer live—and that whoever lives there now might accept the package without even contacting me.
I followed up several times asking for a solution to avoid sending the package all over Italy, but I haven’t heard anything back. The issue is being bounced between customer service reps, and at this point, the package is probably already in someone else’s hands.
Now, I’ve finally found someone who can recover the package at my old address, but it’s been 8 days and the tracking still hasn’t moved since the first day. No updates on the website and no response from customer service, despite my daily follow-ups.
TERRIBLE. AWFUL SERVICE, I’M REALLY DISAPPOINTED.
What a shame
Really want to give this company -10 review. I have always ordered from Nike and Adidas with no complaints and best service. Decided to give Reebok a chance and ordered from them for the first time. My credit card got charged and next day i received an email that my order is cancelled without any reason whatsoever. I reached out to their customer service, who couldn't care less and didn't provide any reason for cancellation. They gave a generic response "unfortunately, the available order data does not specify the exact reason for order cancellation, such as stock availability or other internal factors. Cancellation is final and we are unable to reinstate the order" and advised me to order again. I definitely won't buy again from this brand. One for not providing a reason for my order cancellation. Two for a non apologetic and non existent customer service, three the items that i ordered two days back on sale are now out of stock and the fourth reason that the welcome coupon isn't valid anymore and when i asked the customer service about the coupon, they didn't provide any answer. So here to Reebok for losing one more potential customer and many others that hopefully will see this review and will avoid this brand.

I fell over at the gym today while wearing my old favourite Reebok Les Mills leggings! Somehow I skinned my knees but not my leggings, they still look brand new!! 10/10 lol

I ordered a pair of Reebok shoes that ended up running small — something I only realized after trying them on. While I understand that sizing can vary, the real disappointment came from how Reebok handled the situation.
Instead of offering a real solution, they asked me to place a new order and gave me just a 10% discount as a "gesture of goodwill." That’s not helpful, especially when I'm the one dealing with the inconvenience and paying for international shipping out of pocket.
Their idea of customer service feels more like pushing the problem back onto the buyer. Really disappointing experience. Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered several items
I ordered several items, but due to a technical issue, most of them were not delivered. I was informed that all items were refunded. However, one item was eventually delivered — the one I had immediately requested to cancel. This experience was very frustrating, and I will not be ordering from you again.

Reebok has just changed their IT system maybe because of some fusion with a new owner. They can't fullfill return processes now, making customers stay with their defected products and without their money.

Unacceptable Service & No Compensation for Failure
Reebok cancelled two fully paid orders days after payment, blaming a "technical error." They held my money for days, offered no real solution, and now expect me to wait another week for a refund—no compensation for the inconvenience, lost time, or missed promotional prices.  
Their system failed, their terms are misleading (payment taken immediately, but "contract" only starts at dispatch), and their response is a hollow apology. A refund isn’t compensation—it’s the bare minimum.  
Avoid if you expect reliability. Reebok’s handling of this has destroyed my trust in the brand.
