Missing the old Adidas
down from their glory.. Adidas used to be top of the notch quality and owned the sneaker market but now, their shoes are easily worn out. The whole point of buying a sneaker is to have them used almost every day or what you call "beater sneakers". I had two of them and none of them had lasted me for months.
I'll have to find a replacement now.
Questionable pricing practices and oddly disrespectful customer service
I recently clicked on a link from the company‘s website advertising shoes in my size and color at a certain price of which I have a screenshot. After making my purchase on their website, I realized that the price I was charged was about $10 more than I thought I was paying, I contacted Adidas and provided them with the screenshot and asked for a refund of the difference. When I ultimately got a response from them, not only did they refuse to make any accommodation, but they did so in a tone that I found to be disrespectful. It was unlike any correspondence I’ve ever had with a company - an odd mix of obfuscation, gaslighting and a touch of condescension. A company that would communicate in this way is not one I care to do business with again. I don’t need to get my a** kissed by a company, but I also don’t enjoy it when they address me as if I’m stupid.
No help
Ordered a pair of Adidas Boston 12 from Start Fitness, they arrived and absolutely loved running in them. I only ran in them about 4 times, the last time when I went to put them up the padding in the heel bunched up/rotated making it uncomfortable to wear. I spoke with Adidas who were off absolutely no help and told me to go through the company I purchased them from. It was the product at fault, a flaw in manufacturing not a problem with company I purchased them from.
Scam
Put in on every raffle. Never win. Because the shoes been on stockx for a month. Outsourcing shoes to resellers. I even called and told them and wrote in and told them that their employees was in the resale store a month ago selling the jellyfish and they did not care. Worse than nike
Adidas boosts
Adidas boosts lasted longer than I thought, they’re insanely comfy for long walks. Customer service was responsive and helped me to make a better choice at the end. The quality of running shoes is really top-notch.
Samba era
I might be late for the trend, but sambas are still fire. Actually, I was rocking them three years ago as well, but that pair is lost… The story behind it is very funny, but anyway, decided to buy a new pair, because it’s so easy to style them. They go with strict trousers, sweatpants, tracksuits, shorts, basically anything. The price got more expensive, this I didn’t expect for sure

Liverpool FC custom print
I order two Liverpool FC custom print shirts of well known players for my son’s birthday. They arrived with one having the lettering and number so far out of line that it looked awful. The second the number was miles from the name, bearing no relation to the photos. Then when I call adidas they say it’s a custom order and can’t be returned! They seem determined to show awful customer service. This for my son’s 14th birthday today - they’ve ruined it. Oh and we lost our house in pacific palisades fire earlier this year (my son lost all his shirt collection). Thanks Adidas, I hope you’re embarrassed.
UPDATE: after writing directly to the CEO I got a worthy response and Adidas have now made this right. It’s a shame I had to go to this length but I trust they’ll use this as a learning experience. I’ve adjusted my review to three stars to reflect this.

Refused my return and make up lies
Ordered a pair of joggers, they were ginormous! As soon as I took them out the bag I could see they were huge and would have come under my chin they were that long!!
I put them straight in the plastic bag with tags attached and back in the box. I created a return and took them to the post office.
A few days later I received an email saying my return was refused as they weren’t in the accepted condition!! No other explanation!
So I had to take it upon myself to ring adidas myself to get an answer! After a long wait on the phone I was told the reason was because there was ‘a single dog hair’ on the trousers!!
I don’t even have a dog!!!!
God knows where the hair came from, could have come off one of the staff!!
They sent the joggers back and kept my money I’m absolutely fuming!
Now I’m stuck with a giant pair of joggers fit for someone with 6 foot legs!!
Ultra Boost
Adidas Ultra Boost shoes are so comfy. They are good for energy return and impact protection. I enjoy wearing it casually or while walking long distance, since it is friendly to my knees and ankles.

I am really happy with experience! The service was smooth and easy, everything went just as expected. Delivery was on time, and the product was exactly what I wanted. Definitely satisfied and would recommend!!!

Only Adidas can do this… taking a model that has been released like 50 years ago and turning it instantly into a best-selling model today worldwide. Whoever thought of bringing back this model deserves a high bonus
Dishonest company
You would think a company of this size / reputation would have quality customer service - do not be fooled by their advertising!
I ordered a pair of trainers off their website and they arrived with missing shoelaces.
I contacted them and they told me they could not post me a pair and that I had to buy them again and return the pair with the missing laces.
I did so and they then refused to accept the returned trainers and sent them back claiming they were dirty and worn.
They were never worn and returned in the exact condition I received and even the picture they sent as 'evidence' shows they are not dirty and worn.
They just refused to listen and closed my case.
Shocking behavior from a supposed reputable company.
They have now lost a regular customer of over 30 years.
