I'm only giving one star

I'm only giving one star. If I could give a negative score I would. I bought 2 meals and the beef mince had burst covering everything in blood. The customer service advisor told me to wash it off and that for the two £40 meals I'd get an £11 credit. Neither meal can be used so I asked for a refund or replacement and was told no. There is no resolution for my order.

Hello Fresh replied and I re-engaged with their customer service. They said they can't replace the order but to wash the blood off of produce. I can't see this as hygienic and the garlic look pretty awful. I've cancelled my membership and will never purchase again. Poor customer service results in me withholding my business.

Buyer beware

Ordered a chair which turned out to be very uncomfortable to sit on. Phoned to ask for a return and was told that it could not be returned as it had been opened. Would not have been aware it was uncomfortable unless it was opened. Buyer beware.

A quality rental car

The car hired was new which was good and therefore there were no issues with the car during the hire period. The rental of the electronic toll was helpful too.
