Wish I'd have read the review before ordering - trainers arrived with security tag still on - offered return or drive 20km to get it removed.

I mean really, who doesn't check the item before it's shipped! Sloppy work from Reebok staff.

Customer service have not offered a good will gesture for the inconvenience - their mess up but I'm being punished - pathetic service!
