I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. This website is absolutely terrible. Right now, as I’m writing this review, the site is showing an error — I can’t log in to my profile, place an order, or even access customer support. I’ve purchased from them before, and the number of items delivered didn’t match what I had ordered. Support refused to acknowledge the issue. Their customer service is practically nonexistent — you simply can’t get in touch with them, and they take no responsibility at all. Don’t expect any kind of support from them.

Broken Website and Zero Customer Support

As worded in our terms and conditions, prices are quoted exclusive of tax for orders to countries outside the European Union. They are subject to taxes and customs duties in the destination country.
These costs and formalities are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. You are responsible for paying all governmental taxes, administrative fees, and customs duties charged by a courier when you use the website or purchase.

“Namshi,Account Blocked Since November 12 with 3,644 AED Pending Withdrawal, No Response Despite 100+ Attempts”


“My account has been blocked since November 12, and I have had no access to it. There is an amount of 3,644 AED in my account, which is the result of cashback from received items, as per the site’s policies. However, no one is helping to reopen my account so I can withdraw this amount. I have contacted them more than 100 times via calls and emails, but no one seems to care.”
