Unacceptable Service & No Compensation for Failure
Reebok cancelled two fully paid orders days after payment, blaming a "technical error." They held my money for days, offered no real solution, and now expect me to wait another week for a refund—no compensation for the inconvenience, lost time, or missed promotional prices.  
Their system failed, their terms are misleading (payment taken immediately, but "contract" only starts at dispatch), and their response is a hollow apology. A refund isn’t compensation—it’s the bare minimum.  
Avoid if you expect reliability. Reebok’s handling of this has destroyed my trust in the brand.
