They do not grade within the time you pay for. When you contact them, no one bothers to reply. This company is a joke, stick to PSA

WOW WOW WOW!!

Came across this group having absolutely no knowledge about Amazon FBA or what it’s about. Decided to take a leap of faith and WOW!! This group did not disappoint. Was helped and guided not only by staff but by other experienced members. I’ve gone from not knowing anything about the industry to making £1500-2000 per month on top of my full time job. Best discord community I’ve ever been a part of. Highly recommend to all even if you have no idea how FBA works.

Flight was cancelled by airline, I have to pay £50 admin fee and also don't get £50 booking fee back so that's -£100 for nothing!! Waiting for refund for one month, let's see how long it will take

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Booked flight with them in June, never informed me flight was cancelled but luckily I checked the day before and noticed!!! Another flight cancelled by airline now they want to charge me £50 for a full refund, what a joke!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

And how about my flight which was cancelled in June and I wasn't informed? The airline informed you 2 months prior but you failed to inform me!! I only found out the day before the flight. How about you pay me for my stress, expenses and loss of annual leave??

of your booking is to contribute to the administrative costs of processing a
refund. These were highlighted in the terms and conditions that you accepted
at the point of booking.

For reference any subsequent changes to our terms and conditions would not
apply to your booking, only those that were published at the point of
booking.

What a joke of a company!!

What a joke of a company!!
Furniture arrived faulty, so they agreed to take it back. The person I was speaking to on emails (NAZ) only had the ability to send one email per day. He finally arranged collection, but guess what, after waiting in all day, NO ONE CAME!! and Naz couldn't even be bothered to email. Called about 5 times the following day and every person said "yes I will chase this and get back to you"..but guess what, NO ONE DID!!

AVOID THIS JOKE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Second pair arrived with stitching out, a hole in one side where not glued properly and one trainer with spool much excess glue pouring out the side.

Dont waste your time or money

Overcharged me for a visit i made the lounge in Jeddah, my 9 month old baby should have been free but was charged. This caused huge amount of stress for me and my wife. Priority pass agreed to return the money (of course as they should) but couldnt even give me a free entry as a good will gesture. Completely appaling customer service and complete waste of money.

Ordered a Barbour jumper

Ordered a Barbour jumper - it arrived quite quickly and in a nice box, but when I opened it the jumper had no labels whatsoever which makes me think that it was either returned by someone or it wasn't legit. Never have I purchased something for it to come with no tags or labels, let alone a brand like Barbour. I have other Barbour clothes and all came with tags and labels.

Also, I don't like the fact you have to spend £150+ for free delivery! The jumper was more on END. than other places yet they can't give free delivery.

WILL NOT USE AGAIN!

WORST PIZZA OF MY LIFE

WORCESTER PARK BRANCH
Pizza was disgusting, not enough toppings whatsoever, only taste was the tomato sauce it was drenched in, huge crust - covering at least 35-40% of the pizza, tasteless, paid for garlic and herb dip - gave me something else!
