Ordered a product from this compny and…

Ordered a product from this compny and the tech who made my product recorded the incorrect song for it?? When it was brought to the companies attention immediately after receiving it- the Reps (Sienna, Skye) from this company have been difficult to deal with in correcting their own error? As of today, June 10, 2025. I still do not have a resolve with the correct product as yet from this company. They sent an impossible resolve for me to download the music myself when I have explained I cannot understand those instructions and asked for the item recieved to be returned so it can be done by them correctly. The last word from her was keep the one I have and they will resend me a new one done correctly? A month later, I still have nothing as such from this company to resolve their own error. The idea they propose for us to order is good but I warn public to take heed of how horribly they resolve their OWN errors with customers? Poor customer service extended once you order.

ANGEL REESE worst pick of ladies to represent us! Wow! Shaq and Al couldnt find someone more popular and liked by public like AJA or the others? Angel Reese has the poorest sportsmanship conduct we have ever seen. No one in my subdivision says they support her poor attitude OR will allow their daughters to watch her And she isnt the best player🤣👏. Come on now—You all could not get more A+ rated girl players than Angrl? Lmbo. Makes is question the shoes??🥹😳

Ordered a product and the company…

Ordered a product and the company messed up the product. The person who has been working on my case has been VERY VERY difficult in correcting their own mistake?? All ive sked for is a return address and process for them to correct their own era and I am met with contridictions and delays from this customer service representative. Fait warning that this company may not be as publicly serving as they profess when they make their own eras🥹😳 The agent I am dealing with has no compassion or offering the easiest resolve that could be easily done with an exchange for what was paid for🥺

VERYVERY POOR RETURN POLICY WITH CHARGES TO CUSTOMERS AND SLOW RESPONSES BACK Emaikes copies of full order details instantly ANS they still make excuses OR try to make things difficult?? Very surprised at the FU poor service w them and horrible options if product delivered is not what is advertised??? MAKES THINGS VERY HARD ONCE THET GET THE MONEY FOR THE ORDEE FOR US CUSTOMERS. Will only offer % back even if within a week of being delivered as they did me & same condition as delivered?! Beware of how they conduct business AFTER You order—that’s the key,,,RUN RUN
