Ordered a product from this compny and…
Ordered a product from this compny and the tech who made my product recorded the incorrect song for it?? When it was brought to the companies attention immediately after receiving it- the Reps (Sienna, Skye) from this company have been difficult to deal with in correcting their own error? As of today, June 10, 2025. I still do not have a resolve with the correct product as yet from this company. They sent an impossible resolve for me to download the music myself when I have explained I cannot understand those instructions and asked for the item recieved to be returned so it can be done by them correctly. The last word from her was keep the one I have and they will resend me a new one done correctly? A month later, I still have nothing as such from this company to resolve their own error. The idea they propose for us to order is good but I warn public to take heed of how horribly they resolve their OWN errors with customers? Poor customer service extended once you order.
