Missing items never refunded or replaced.

I ordered 4 items and only 1 of the 4 items arrived. I explained this to them and they refused to refund the items or replace them. This has meant I would have paid over £300 for items of clothing that never arrived! It’s been months and I’m still waiting for my case to be resolved! Don’t trust you’ll get a refund from them!
