I purchased a MacBook Air from him a few months ago. I accidentally wrote a review on Back Market that I wasn’t able to edit, despite trying many times and even emailing Back Market. Fortunately, it was eventually removed.
I want to say that I am very, very happy with his service. The laptop I purchased from him has been excellent. After the purchase, he even guided me over the phone on how to start up, set up, and fix a few initial issues. He was extremely helpful throughout the process.
The laptop is still working perfectly—just like new. I strongly recommend him!

Bought iPhone 7+
Bought a gold iPhone 7+ in late 2021, the condition was marked as excellent. It arrived, scratched annd cracked and the battery capacity was below 80%. Within an hour it burned my hand it overheated so much. Had to replace it after 2 years as stopped being a fully functioning phone. so disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. They tell you they are sending your item, give fake tracking numbers and then say they don’t have it in stock weeks later (and after saying it’s been posted). They then don’t refund for months, you get told it’s in progress but it’s not.

SCAM COMPANY. They also trade as Renew Electronics. Their MO is to sell you rubbish and delay refunds. They also regularly send replacement items that were not requested instead of refunds, then when you reject the delivery as advised, the package never makes it back to them and they don't refund. Lying cheats who should not be trading.
Avoid!
Purchased an Apple Watch via Wowcher labelled as in 'good' condition. Arrived with deep scratches covering the entire outer edge of the watch screen. Have emailed and keep getting sent round in circles and called with no answer. Have contacted Wowcher but they have sent me back to Ultimo. I would avoid and purchase refurbished products elsewhere.

Bought a pair of Apple AirPods Max from Ultimo Electronics via Amazon UK for £468.95 in May 2023.
Sold as "new, returned item". Returned to Apple Store twice with problems. Yesterday Apple provided me with the information that the headphones had actually been purchased from Best Buy in the United States in December 2021. These headphones were 18 months old when I purchased them as 'new, returned' from Amazon Uk / Ultimo Electronics. Gave Ultimo Electronics the opportunity to put this matter right but they are not prepared to do anything. Avoid, avoid, avoid this company. They are not to be trusted.

I ordered an iphone 13pro max on Jan 2nd as it was for my daughter's birthday on the 25th and knew I had to ensure if it came damaged I had time to return it. She opened it and it worked for three weeks and then stopped working.
I took it to an Apple store and they said it had had both the screen and the battery replaced and they were NOT apple products. They said the phone was not working as the screen didn't even fit the phone.
I emailed Amazon- as I bought through them and they said that it was out of time for a refund but to contact Ultimo.
I called and emailed and I got an email to say that I needed to contact Amazon-talk about runaround.
I finally found a phone number and called Amazon. I explained that I bought the phone - 'as new' however, it most certainly was not and that the manufacturer had confirmed this. Amazon agreed that I should get a refund and sent me the lables.
Then I get an email from Ultimo stating that, they cannot say that I will get a refund until they see the phone.
I sent the phone registered post with tracking and insurance as I was told to do.
The phone arrived to them on March 3rd. The refund policy was 7-10 days from receipt of the phone.
Every day I have been emailing. First I was told I had not removed I cloud, this was true, I was unaware of how to do this and thought I had but it took a bit of fiddling at my end to get this part done, so another 48 hours.
Next (March 18), they had the audacity to tell me that the phone was 'not working' and that they needed to verify if I had accidently damaged it. I stated that the reason I was returning it was because it didn't work and at this stage they had the phone in their possession for 15 days and at this stage it could have been damaged at their end.
Yesterday, 19th, they confirmed that I would get a refund and it would be 'issued back to you today'.... needless to say I have not received the refund.
This company has breeched my consumer rights. They sold me a product 'as new' that was most certainly not, and now they have updated the product type as 'Renewed' on Amazon, to show that they accept that it is not 'as new'. Confirming that they went against consumer rights.
They have had my money for nearly a month. This has caused me nothing but stress and debt, as I had to purchase another phone for my daughter and did this in the belief that I would have my refund within 10 days.
Ultimo are the ultimate cowboys. Do not stress yourself by dealing with them.
A total fraud outfit
A total fraud outfit! They have 2 screen shots! One shows a new watch series 6! Then you try and use it and it doesn't work properly! It paused 9 times in 20 minutes whilst swimming! Then these scumbags send you a second screenshot which shows that the watch you purchased was a refurbished and cannot be used for swimming! Amazon were complicit because they are the Senior Partner in this fraud because they have given a licence to these fraudsters to sell damaged goods refuse to accept the watch! In law Amazon therefore should accept the faulty watch and sue for compensation from Ultimo Electronics! Unfortunately, Amazon are not a professional outfit and just cut me off! Therefore, have to contact my bank to obtain a refund! Hopeless, Amazon needs to be sued for breach of its own Terms & Conditions! Don't touch these scammers with a bargepole!

I purchased an Apple Watch for my daughters Christmas. Upon receiving we noticed that the battery was not holding a charge. We reached out and received a reply from Bethany who informed us to return it and it would be inspected and either repaired or replaced - either options worked for us! After sending the watch '24 Tracked Delivery' and which was signed for as delivered by "JACK" one day later. We are now 14 days down the line and Bethany is telling me that return was never received - and to start a claim through the Royal Mail.
An absolute joke of a company. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

I cannot express how terrible my experience with Ultimo Electronics has been. I purchased an Apple Watch that was described as “excellent condition.” When it arrived, it had scratches all over it. Naturally, I returned it expecting a replacement that matched their description. However, the second watch they sent was even worse deeper scratches, more damage, and clearly not “excellent” by any standard.
It’s beyond clear that this company has zero quality control, doesn’t care about its customers, and is completely unreliable. Their “excellent condition” is a complete joke, bordering on false advertising. It feels like they’re just recycling substandard products and hoping customers won’t notice.
To make matters worse, their customer service is a nightmare to deal with. This whole ordeal has wasted so much of my time and energy. I’ve now decided to return the item for a full refund, and if they don’t comply, I will not hesitate to take legal action.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a reputable seller instead such as backmarket. I will never buy from Ultimo Electronics again, and I strongly urge you to avoid them at all costs.

Terrible company
Terrible company, customer service poor albeit polite. Bethany’s a treat! Purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 PRO and it seemed ok at first. Christmas Day my son was excited then rapidly disappointed when it reset every 3 mins. We tried everything to get it working. Then through Google learnt to read the phones error log. It was resetting because of missing sensors caused by a faulty port cable. The phone was returned and they refused to refund, only replace. It takes 3 weeks for them to arrange and deliver a replacement. They don’t care my son doesn’t have his phone, his gift. They apologise and repeatedly state that they’re not interested and it takes 5 days to process a repair from Tuesday. Then a further 5 days to replace. They sat on it for 10 days before any communication began.
Now Ultimo Electronics are trying offer money to remove this review. I won’t be removing it.
I’ve since purchased from EBay with a 1yr guarantee, it arrived perfect and quickly. I’ll never buy refurbished iPhones from Amazon again.

READ Before Buying From Them... The Amazon Refurbished phone they sold me in "Perfect Condition" was received with two scratches across the front screen. I immediately opted to return it via Amazon Marketplace Regulations. Then started a series of emails between "Bethany" for their Customer Services and me. Though promising a rapid refund, the refund did not appear in their stated timescale and I had to bring in Visa Card via my Bank to force the issue. I received my refund 17 days after they had taken the money from me. Amazon were no help, declining to accept my complaints as all the emails from Bethany were polite. I notice with interest the very poor reviews here against this company for their inability to refund customers promptly, that this is not reflected in the Amazon reviews which exhibit bias in favour of the seller, not the buyer. This is an Amazon seller to be avoided.
