My phone was received on the Monday pre midday, so as per their website I should have received payment the same day. I accurately described my phone, so the offer made initially was honour... See more

Quoted £250
Quoted £250. Offered, £50 then £65, then £85. I told them no, £250, take it or leave it. It was rejected and I was offered £200 which I declined.
Bear in mind the phone had a case on the entire time and didn’t have chips that they told me it had. I couldn’t see the photos but it was a very long experience.
I contacted them and said, my offers are off the table and to send it back, and last night my account is updated with “requested price paid”. It hasn’t come through to me, at least if I get the money it’s ok but such a hassle of an experience
In addition, if you don’t accept/reject the offer in 3 days, they auto accept it! Wtf!
DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS!
DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS!! They will give you a high value from the outset only to knock you down once they receive the item no matter the condition.
Process takes days and its not instant payment at all!!
No wonder the company has nearly been struck off by companies house.
George FITZGERALD, your company is a joke and i wish i had read the reviews before sending my phone.
I recorded the condition of my phone before i sent it and it better be in the same condition when its returned, God knows how long that's going to take given how slowly you operate. Bouncing!!!!!
AVOID! – Still Waiting for My Phone to Be Returned
I sent my phone to Bandi-Coot after being quoted £110. Once they received it, they dropped the offer to £20, which I declined immediately. I was told the phone would be returned within 7 days after a week of abysmal counter offers, but it has now been over two weeks and I still don’t have my device or any tracking information.
Customer service (Sian) has been polite, but the company keeps giving vague updates about “delays” and “management reviews” instead of simply returning my property. I’ve now had to begin a formal claim just to get back what’s mine through court.
I work in customer service myself and understand delays can happen, but this goes beyond that, it feels careless and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I’d strongly advise others to read reviews carefully and think twice before sending their phone in.
BandiCoot bandits!!
I sent my phone off, after receiving an offer of not even half of what was the initial offer i rejected it, i rejected 3 offers and input what the least i would accept, been waiting over a week for a “manager” to look at my offer, refusing to send my phone back to me saying they cant until a manager looks at my account, diabolical company I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, STAY CLEAR!!
This company is scam they offer you…
This company is scam they offer you £405 pounds send for I phone 14pro max 128 when they get handset they get it some other pictures of from different handset and they say your handset is damaged or scratch which is not totally true and they’re trying to screw you up for the load of money. They offer you £100 and they updated with £125 so I’m not accepting it. I’ll tell them to send my device back as soon as possible please guys DO NOT USE them as a recycle your electric tools.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
I sent in a mint condition phone less than 6 months old. On their website they offered £460 I accepted sent in the phone. I received 2 further emails offering me £200 and then £220. I rejected both offers and asked them to return my phone. Im still waiting for its return!
To avoid at any cost!!
Send my iPhone 15 Pro max 10 days ago. They offer me 50% less than they were offering on their website. I told them no I want that price since then. Nothing, no email and when you try to call them they don’t bother picking up the phone.
The worst company for trading phones.
I am going to report them to the police for theft
I was selling my secondhand iPhone 15…
I was selling my secondhand iPhone 15 Pro was in mint condition had been in a case and screen protector from the moment it was opened. I sent it to bandicoot who offered me online £520.
Then they came back and sent me photos of a pristine phone saying that there was a scratch and offered me £200. There were literally not scratches visible in their photos. I believe is not an ethical way of trading and it is not a way of trading that I have experienced with some of their competitors.
I sent my phone to them and it took around two weeks of back-and-forth from the ridiculous first offer for them to accept my counter offer finally of £480.
Every stage of interacting with bandicoot maybe feel very uneasy because of the delays and terrible negotiation and justification. The payments were were meant to be received within 24 hours. It’s taken the best part of three weeks to get this closed off and finally paid.
I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot before going ahead with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Process of 4 weeks on i have refused…
Process of 4 weeks on i have refused there offers as they offer silly prices, take forever to reply got told last week it would take upto 7 days to return i am on day 6 now and no tracking number or response.
AVOID AVOID AVOID THESE ARE COWBOYS
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. I wish I’d of read reviews before using them.
They have had my phone for almost a month now & I have still not received my phone back or any payment.
Originally offered £325 on good condition. My phone is in pretty good condition, no scratches on the screen or case as always had screen protector & a case on, there was however a small chip on the paint on one of the camera lenses on the back of the phone. Three days after they received my phone they offered me £160 (for an iPhone 15 btw) & attached photos of ‘scratches’ on the screen - you can quite clearly see these are just hairs & would go away if wiped. I took photos of my phone before sending it so knew exactly what condition it was in & knew full well there was no damage or scratches to the screen! Declined first offer then sent me another offer for £170 declined & sent me a final offer of £180. Declined again & asked for my phone to be sent back to me. A week later still not received my phone so I contacted them, they didn’t get back to me but days later they then offered me £225 - at this point I just accepted as they’d had my phone 3 weeks at this point & I just wanted the money & to be paid. Payment apparently didn’t go through the first time due to bank account details being an issue even though my details were correct, apparently paid again today (4 days later after original ‘failed’ payment) but still no sign of my payment in my account. I will be contacting them again tomorrow morning but I won’t hold out hope. I am fuming & wish I’d read the reviews before using these bunch of con artists!! Will never use again & will tell everyone to avoid!!
Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. I used this company a few months back and everything everyone is experiencing I also had. Excuses after excuses and delays after delays.
Do the right thing and read all these reviews as they are all true.. no matter what they respond with. It’s actually nice to see their star ratings dropping day after day as it’s what these con artists deserve. Karma is an absolute b****. It’s what you deserve after the way you treat customers
Avoid this company
I wouldn't even give this company 1 star, it has been the worst experience as I sent my phone in 1st of September and it advertised its next day payment nothing, got credited to my account for a week, and then emailed customer service team someone called sian, I got informed it was a staffing issue but that has nothing to do with the customer, and then when I raised the issue,my phone was valued lower as it was stated its damaged, while I sent the phone in perfect condition, i stated i wanted my device back, which I got a email on the 1st of October my device would be returned it is now the 10/10/25 and I still not received my phone, avoid this company
Avoid at ALL Costs !!
Sent my phone to these people as they initially stated they would pay me £100. Sent it off only to receive an e-mail days later stating that my phone was scuffed and screen crackled which was rubbish as it had always been covered. They then revised their offer to £30 which I rejected outright. Day after day I was chasing asking for my phone back only to receive a £30 into my bank today. I fired off another e-mail only to be told that now they had made payment it was too late to do anything and I could not have my phone returned to me. Avoid these scammers at all costs !! Recycle your phones with anyone but these people.
This Company Is Withholding Payment and…
This Company Is Withholding Payment and My Device — May Be Breaching Consumer Law
I would give 0 stars if possible. I sent in my phone weeks ago and despite repeated attempts to resolve things, I’ve still not received payment. This company now has my phone and is not responding via email, phone, live chat or social media.
After originally offering a high price, they reduced it drastically due to so-called "scratches", which were just normal wear and tear. I declined a couple of offers and was eventually given one £100 lower than the original quote, which I accepted, yet I’ve still not been paid.
They first blamed my bank details (which were correct), so I changed to PayPal. Still no payment. Then they claimed “issues with their finance system”. It's excuse after excuse, with no resolution and no accountability.
I’ve kept all emails, chat transcripts, screenshots and records of contact attempts. I’ve also repeatedly requested the return of my phone, which they have ignored. Meanwhile, their terms state they’ll donate the phone after 28 days if there's no response, even though they are the ones not responding.
This is completely unacceptable and may amount to a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer protection laws. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards, Action Fraud and the Citizens Advice consumer service.
If you’re considering using this service — don’t. They’ve taken my device, withheld payment and ignored all contact. This behaviour is not just bad service — it’s potentially unlawful.
Disgusting
If I could give a minus i would. Paid the wrong amount. Now can't get in touch with them. They don't reply to emails and apparently other departments don't speak to the general public.
Avoid!
I got a quote for selling a used phone, it wasn't in perfect condition, there were some marks from the case but other than that no damage. I sent my phone back the day packaging arrived, they took about a week before an offer was made (claiming they had high returns, but looking at other reviews this looks like a constant claim). They offered me about 60% less than originally stated, I rejected their first 2 offers and made a counter offer I thought was fair (about 75% of the original offer), it took about 10 days for this to be reviewed, it was rejected and they've offered around 60% of the original quote. I've accepted as after reading other reviews I have no faith they'll return my item with no fee like the original offer states. Do not use, I am so disappointed in myself for not using another provider.
Please watch out! Dishonest, unprofessional who will try to con you
Please watch out people because Bandi-coot will try to fob you off.
When it came to selling my phone, Bandi-coot quoted me £335 for my phone in "Good" condition, online (not "new" condition). When it came to it, after they did their testing, they first offer me £200, saying there were chips in the frame. There wasn't, so I declined the offer. They then offer me £210 and then £220, which I declined again and asked for my phone back.
A week later, when my phone was supposed to be on its way back to me, I recieved another email, offering me £275. Again, I declined the offer, and asked why my phone hadn't been sent back to me already.
2 weeks later, I recieved my phone back but for some reason the back of the phone was loose and now demeed damaged. I have since asked for some feedback from a manager, 2-3 weeks on, no reply or comments from the manager, which is rude.
It has now been over 2 months since I agreed to sell my phone to them, where I have had to repair my own phone at a cost of £25 and now, trying to sell my phone to another company, who had offered £331 back in August is now only offering £282. So, I have lost a further £50 all because I trusted Bandi-coot and didn't check the reviews beforehand and they decided to be spiteful and damange my phone before sending it back to me. Very spiteful, unprofessional company. Not impressed
These guys don't mess about with samsung trades
Quick as anything, sent the phone off Tuesday and had cash in my account Thursday morning. No complaints here mate.
Dishonest, scam scheme
Be aware of the scamming operation
I was attracted by their “guaranteed higher price”, which however had a date of expiry
I received the prepaid packaging from them very late, so that the guaranteed price period had shrunk (I had to proactively call them to get the package sent and lost 5 days)
Once the phone was in their possession, they maintained that dust stuck into the speaker was a sign of wearing, and the battery was very conveniently 2% below the threshold of excellent condition, so they dropped the price initially locked by -53%
Which would have been ok to refuse, but they had me locked in at that point, because if I wanted my phone back - they would have charged £30 to send it, which basically made the net amount of selling it elsewhere non-economics
Also - nowhere close to be “same day payment”, they had my phone for 8 days and I had to chase a payment 4 times
One to avoid - plenty of honest competitors out there
*****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY****
What a rip off joke of a company. Went through a phone recycling website, stated the phone was in good condition NOT excellent. It had one tiny scratch on the screen. Somehow its managed to get scratched on the metal frame and a scratch which was under the screen protector ( which it didn't have) they've cropped the price from £260 to £100🤣 even a poor quality iphone 14 on their website is priced at £178.50. Absolute rip off company. Not surprised that companies house have tried to dissolve the company numerous times. Mr Fitzgerald you should be ashamed.
