Avoid!

Purchased an Apple Watch via Wowcher labelled as in 'good' condition. Arrived with deep scratches covering the entire outer edge of the watch screen. Have emailed and keep getting sent round in circles and called with no answer. Have contacted Wowcher but they have sent me back to Ultimo. I would avoid and purchase refurbished products elsewhere.

Order arrived for a second time damaged…

Order arrived for a second time damaged and they are refusing to collect because they’re saying they can’t see the damage in the pictures I sent. Customer service just hang up on you if you don’t agree to what they’re proposing. Spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service, no managers to speak to. Hung up on by Andy Y at customer care. No compensation offered for damaged item other than the delivery fee. 2 days for collection of damaged item and another week wait for the next. No response to complaint. I would never buy anything from here again if this is what they deem “customer care”. I could go on…
