Dodgy Apple watch 8
I bought an Apple watch 8 via Back market but the seller was Loop
Mobile. I bought an excellent grade watch but soon after delivery, the color stated to fade and chip. Turns out it was resprayed to make it look like it’s excellent grade. After I complained, I was told to send it back and they sent me a replacement watch. I had it on my wrist for about 45 minutes when I noticed a scratch on the watch. Resprayed again! After I kicked off? They told me to send it back and they’ll give me a refund. Absolutely shocking that they’re doing that and getting away with it.

I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max from Loop Mobile earlier this year. After some months of use, the phone started showing overheating issues during charging, and later it eventually stopped powering on.
What could have been a frustrating experience turned out to be an excellent demonstration of professional and human customer care. I reached out to Loop Mobile’s support team, and Hazel followed my case with patience, clarity, and great professionalism.
She carefully reviewed my documentation, guided me step by step, and coordinated the return of my device with DHL. Communication was always fast, clear, and reassuring.
After inspection, the repair team confirmed a fault with the motherboard, and Hazel immediately arranged a free replacement device, giving me clear options to choose from. The whole process was transparent, respectful, and efficient.

I sent them my phone for repair over a week ago, they keep fobbing me off saying we will check with the department. It’s been confirmed they have it. Keeping the phone and the money now? Lack of customer service and no intentions of helping. Save your money don’t buy from these guys

A horrendous experience.
A horrendous experience of buying and returning a renewed iPhone through their Amazon platform. The phone had a stuck pixel. After the return, I duly removed the device from my iCloud account, which the seller acknowledged. However, the seller employs all forms of refund delaying tactics, and sends numerous contradictory emails of the phone being locked to my iCloud.
Contradictory claims:
15 August: Seller confirms the device is unlocked and working
19 August: Seller again claims the device is locked.
20 August: Seller again confirms the device is unlocked and the refund is being processed.
21 August: seller again, third time, claims the device is locked.
It is technologically impossible for me to re-lock a device that was previously unlocked from my iCloud, as I no longer possess or have access to it. Seller has twice confirmed the device was unlocked, yet continues to contradict.
I have escalated the matter to Amazon to:
1. Intervene and process the refund of £229.00 as per the return policy.
2. Review the seller’s conduct, which appears misleading and inconsistent.
If you want to avoid distress like me, please avoid this seller. I am shocked that Amazon allows such sellers on its platform, which tarnishes its reputation.

Bought a Series 7 Apple Watch in “good condition” that died completely after 5 weeks. No power, won’t charge or reset. Returned it under warranty. Support claimed the watch was still linked to my iCloud even after I fully removed it and sent proof. It's been weeks now. They ignored my messages as well as parroting the same excuse.
The seller is either incompetent or lying. Fairly certain this "Watch linked to your iCloud" is a tactic they're using to get out under warranty claims. and Backmarket lets them get away with it!!
Watch still not repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Never again!!

I ordered an Apple Watch Series 7,it was advertised as excellent condition. I still expected the odd mark here or there but it was in pristine condition it looked brand new. The delivery was sooner than expected. The only gripe I have is the charger provided got really hot and so did the phone. I rectified it by buying a genuine charger from Apple (£29.99) add that to the price of the watch and it’s still a fantastic deal, overall delighted with my purchase. I would buy products from Loop again.. Good Job

Gone to the dogs!
Such as shame this company seems to have gone to the dogs during recent times. Over the years have had several phones and watches with no problem what so ever. Purchased my last phone for my Daughter in August 24 who has been travelling around SE Asia since December, whilst in Cambodia the handset stopped working, hadn’t dropped it or got it wet, have photos to prove this. Contracted loop who wanted me to send the phone back but they were not listening when I said she’s overseas and all her financial and travel information was on the phone and wasn’t due home until May. Due to lack of correspondence she had no choice but to get the screen repaired and because Apple are not in Cambodia her warranty is now void! Will never use again!!

The battery health was disappointing but they did give me a little money back which was I was quite happy about. But after 3 weeks of use, I realised they had re-wrapped the casing and it was starting to fall off. Overall good but for EXCELLENT CONDITION I do expect more.

I received faulty airpods of this…
I received faulty airpods of this company and asked for a replacement. I got asked to send the faulty ones back which i did and got told that they would send my replacement within 48 hours of receiving the faulty ones. They received the faulty ones back weeks ago and i still haven’t received a replacement nor an email or anything to explain what is happening. Not happy with this level of service at all! Taken my money yet i haven’t received anything!!!

I ordered wrong size and emailed customer services immediately after order to ask if size could be changed to save all the admin of doing it after but didn’t get a response until a day later saying this wasn’t possible. Even before I got notification the case had shipped. No other problem.
