Bought an iPhone described as excellent quality it came with chips in the screen, sent it back special delivery which they received as I get photo proof, they are still telling me 10 days later it hasn’t even started being processed back into the system which will take 5-7 days then another 5 for refund, I can’t get through to them through the telephone on webpage so have to rely on Amazon messages, I think it’s absolutely disgusting and they have 4 more days to rectify it as I’ve raised a concern with my bank
APPALLING- READ reviews before purchasing
READ reviews before purchasing. Ordered iPhone 11 via Amazon described as ‘excellent’ arrived Face ID does not work, contacted seller no response but I raised a return straight away which they accepted so must have known phone was faulty.
Ultimo, look at your reviews and improve your service and have some courtesy for your customers.
Be honest abut your products or improve what you sell!
UPDATE - returned signed for postage, AND SENT PROOF OF SIGNATURE to the seller so that could see who signed for it their end, requested and update following this and then get the following message from them:
Thank you for your message, I can see that the tracking was marked as delivered on the 20.11.24 However, there is no photo of delivery or proof of signature For this reason, we would not be able to 100% confirm we have this item until is is processed back into our system. Kind Regards Bethany
How can they not 100% confirm they have the item when it’s been SIGNED for their end.
Embarrassment of business (if you can call it that). Don’t sell faulty products and make sure that you give customers their refunds straight way. I work hard for my money and £180+ is a lot of money to me so I want it back and should not not have to wait and keep chasing.

Avoid at all costs
Bought an iPhone from this company and was advertised like new but was only fit for the bin when it came and wasn’t cheap.. Now what should have been a simple refund has turned into Ultimo electronics advising me to wait until they received the phone(they had already received it next day).When they receive the phone advising me to wait 7 days administration and a further 5 days processing time.. all this because they sold a worthless product,, Ultimo totally at fault. I have spoke to Amazon and they want all the details of the receipt which I have gave 4 times because they were not happy for some strange reason.. and been told I have to wait a month by Amazon then they would investigate further… Disgusting, avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

I purchased a used Apple Watch through Amazon, when it came it was still connected to the old owners iCloud. I then sent it back for a refund, they offered to replace it which I said no as I couldn’t wait any longer, and also didn’t trust them anyway.
I was then told they would reimburse me for the delivery fee to send back, I paid £8.95 special delivery over 2 weeks ago, it arrived next day (all tracked on Royal Mail and I have proof) and I have still not receive a refund. They are now asking for my iCloud email and screenshots to prove it isn’t my email connected to the Apple Watch. It is the old owner and nothing to do with me! They should have checked this before sending it out!
I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks on a refund, they told me it takes 4-6 days for a return to be processed onto the system and further 5 working days to refund.
Avoid avoid avoid!

Incompetent or Scammers??!!
I bought an Iphone 12 through Amazon after a while it started getting insanely hot; at first they seemed helpful but once the phone was returned it took them 5 weeks to finally send a replacement. Despite me letting them know the issue in detail before it was returned and acknowledging that if it wasn't a quick fix a replacement could be any colour (this is relevant later) as long as it was the same spec. After letting them know it was sent & received their end they then said it takes up to 5 days to process and 5 days to repair/replace?? After waiting this 10 days (i waited working days) I asked again and was told it was raised for shipping in the next 3 days! Another week later I still didn't have it so chased again and was told we don't have any white ones in stock but if I wanted a different colour they could ship straight away!! (They also never refunded my Postage as they had sent in writing they would) They did then send a replacement which had the screen hanging off, Bluetooth didn't work and it took all night to charge when it was first received to then tell me that it didn't recognise the battery and was getting hot too; so they are clearly using sub standard components and are incompetent at refurbishing. I contacted them again and asked for my money back including 2 lots of postage. I was told the refund period of 30 days had expired and the years warranty was only for replacement. I would have been understanding if it was on the 1st phone but if after the chasing I had done you would think they would make an effort to send a good quality replacement; so they clearly were going to keep sending sub standard products so I had to get Amazon involved who did refund the cost. But I still never got my 2 lots of Postage that I have it in writing they were going to refund on chat (Bethany just said "The returns postage was my mistake") and on the returns form through Amazon. Overall it took from 12th June to ask how to return until 6th August to get confirmation of the refund. I was without a phone for 80% of this time which had a significant effect on my business. USELESS, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Ordered a watch and got it delivered and wouldn’t charge just kept over heating, contacted them and they said due to the storage the watch would need 48 hours of uninterrupted charging, so I did this and no joy so contacted them again and they said to return the item and they would investigate, once I returned the watch they agreed it to be faulty and sent me a replacement! This one charged so once charged I set it up! Once all updated and in set up I went to set a pin as part of the set up process and found the touch screen not to be working so contacted them again and they said to sent back the watch and they will investigate! They have now contacted me back and said that I have damaged it with water so it’s not covered by them and that I will not get a replacement! It didn’t leave my bed side table! So must of been faulty before they sent it out!

Very poor experience
Very poor experience, bought an iPhone stated to be in very good condition. When it arrived there were various faults rendering it unusable. I was told I could have it repaired or replaced. I asked for a replacement but they sent me out the exact same phone (could tell due to scratch marks) and non of the issues had been rectified so it was still unusable. I have sent it back and requested a replacement again but again had the same phone sent back to me. £400 plus a huge amount of time completely wasted on a faulty product.
Dreadful
Bought an iPhone and it was listed as in excellent condition. Sadly, it arrived with significant damage, scuffs and chips to the rear casing and frame. Most concerning was the quantity of dirt and dust in the charging port, speaker slots and side buttons.
The iPhone was returned 5 days ago and the company are trying to locate it, despite them signing to receive it. I’ve now been told that once found, it will be a further 5 days to process my refund.
The first and last time I buy from this company, there’s much better retailers out there.
Apple watch arrived with battery health…
Apple watch arrived with battery health lower than the minimum advertised level. Returned for a refund, Ultimo have promised the refund many times but after nearly a month I still haven't got my money back. They are very polite but simply LIE about the status of the refund. DON'T BUY from this company.

I purchased an apple watch from ultimo electronics,it arrived quickly enough. From there on been awful customer service. We charged the watch as instructed but it didn't work so we're told to send it back for repair , not a replacement! After contacting them they said we would get replacement after all as soon as the Broken one was returned. We returned the watch only to receive another email saying it was being repaired again, so complained and asked for full refund that we never received. Don't use this company as quick to take your money but after that awful.
Took 9 days from order to delivery
The only complaint is that the phone I ordered said 3-5 days to be dispatched. Well it was dispatched on day 7 and I’ll receive tomorrow on day 9. There was no option to get it next day delivery either. I’m without a phone and if I’d of known it would take this long to get to me I’d of used a different company.
I do wish to add that after feeling this was a negative experience Ultimo kindly gave me a part refund and apologised for the delay. I have used this company a couple of times in the past and never had an issue and the phones have been good quality.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Ordered an Apple Watch and as it arrived faulty I asked for a refund. Sent the watch back and was then advised 2 weeks later another is on its way to me! Customer service is shocking, you ask questions and they do not answer your questions. Now being told I cannot get my refund until they receive the replacement watch back when I didn’t even ask for it!! Absolute scammers

Ordered a second hand ipad for my nephew, I understand it may not come in the best conditions but this was something else- the screen was filthy, the screen was coming apart from the iPad itself scratches and dents everywhere. Took months to get in contact with anyone when I finally did they told me to send back the iPad for a refund which I still don’t have now nearly a year on
