The worst customer service I've ever…

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have ignored dozens of emails re a fraudulent seller, and their WhatsApp is automated nonsense. You can't even call them. Diabolically bad as they are the platform owner and the only one who can sort my issue, yet they refuse to engage. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY. They also trade as Renew Electronics. Their MO is to sell you rubbish and delay refunds. They also regularly send replacement items that were not requested instead of refunds, then when you reject the delivery as advised, the package never makes it back to them and they don't refund. Lying cheats who should not be trading.

Scam artists

Scam artists, plain and simple. They will take your money, send you broken products, and refuse to refund over all kinds of stupid reasons. Avoid like the plague. They should not be trading.

I see the same scam from them time and again. 1) provide awful product, 2) process return, 3) delay refund, 4) send unwanted replacement which you are advised to reject, 5) replacement goes missing after rejecting and no refund.

Sell your data

The product is fine HOWEVER they sold my phone number (I know this as they were the only new company I have used this month) and I've been receiving calls from China, Ethiopia, India, Vietnam at all hours of the day and night. I tried to email them to tell them I am on to them but the email encountered an error, would you believe. AVOID.

Awful biker boots

I ordered a pair of biker boots. What arrived is nothing at all like what is in their photos on the advert. Every bit from the leather to the stitching to the buckles is nothing like the boots in the listing, and I now have to pay to send the fake imitation boots back to Asia. Absolute scam

Every time I try to go in I have to go…

Every time I try to go in I have to go through the rigmarole of setting up a new password, despite my password being written down or saved from the last time. Trying to reset your password takes forever - I waited 8 hours for a link only for it to say expired when I tried to use it. Time-wasting every time I try to spend money with them. Funky pigeon gets my money now.

Absolutely dire

Absolutely dire. These people have zero expertise. They undervalued my home by about 60k after a 10 minute viewing. Didn't ask any questions. The house was 180k. We spent 75k massively revamping and extending, and these fools valued it at 190k, despite a much smaller house 2 doors up selling for 230k. Absolutely preposterous. Avoid at all costs.
