I cannot express how terrible my experience with Ultimo Electronics has been. I purchased an Apple Watch that was described as “excellent condition.” When it arrived, it had scratches all over it. Naturally, I returned it expecting a replacement that matched their description. However, the second watch they sent was even worse deeper scratches, more damage, and clearly not “excellent” by any standard.

It’s beyond clear that this company has zero quality control, doesn’t care about its customers, and is completely unreliable. Their “excellent condition” is a complete joke, bordering on false advertising. It feels like they’re just recycling substandard products and hoping customers won’t notice.

To make matters worse, their customer service is a nightmare to deal with. This whole ordeal has wasted so much of my time and energy. I’ve now decided to return the item for a full refund, and if they don’t comply, I will not hesitate to take legal action.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a reputable seller instead such as backmarket. I will never buy from Ultimo Electronics again, and I strongly urge you to avoid them at all costs.

As someone who is aiming for a lower pass in biology a level (B/C) I can’t stress enough how easy it was to log on, print off the booklet and work though the questions w Laura on a live YT vid with chat to send Q. Highly recommend if your child is average at school or is struggling a bit with their bio even at GCSE. Just wish I knew about it earlier! My anxiety has lowered a lot for results day too as at the start of sixthform I was on E’s in bio and now averaging from B-C much of which is down to the courses I have done with LauraDoesBiology.
