If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. They tell you they are sending your item, give fake tracking numbers and then say they don’t have it in stock weeks later (and after saying it’s been posted). They then don’t refund for months, you get told it’s in progress but it’s not.
Waste of my time and money.

Avoid Avoid Avoid

If I could give less than one star I would. Bought an Apple Watch, waited weeks, was told it had been sent, given a fake tracking number, then told, after chasing it numerous times, watch wasn’t in stock. Requested refund. Chased this, weeks have gone by, now told it’s been delivered. This should have been cancelled, this was agreed. I was told the refund was going through, another lie. Now trying to find where watch was delivered to so I can return it. They need to supply prepaid postage also.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Horrendous from the start

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Bought an Apple Iwatch, paid the extortionate delivery, chased delivery, given a fake tracking number, after a few weeks told that they don’t actually have that watch in stock, yet I’d had several messages telling me it had been sent. I asked for a refund. We are now weeks later and the refund hasn’t been done, I’ve chased it up and I get fobbed off. You can’t speak to anyone and they take forever to reply. I would never buy from them again.

Nice hoody but long wait to get it!

If you are happy to wait weeks and weeks for your item then I’d recommend it. I wish I’d read the reviews before hand. It is a nice hoody but I wouldn’t bother again. Tracking info is never updated it’s frustrating.

Awful would never buy from again. The products taste rancid, the customer service say ‘personal taste’ - I know what strawberry tastes like and it’s not your product!
So overpriced

Awful customer service AVOID

Awful customer service. I had high hopes after my initial online chat that was quickly dashed.
I’ve had my insurance 18 days but have had to change my car, couldn’t do this online, couldn’t do this via chat had to wait for a call back. Waited and waited. Checked again, was told yes I’d get a call back. Waited. Checked again to be told this can take 24 hours, no one saw fit to say this at any other time?
My phone rang and rang straight off, claimed it went to voicemail, my voicemail is deactivated but their response was ‘all 07 numbers have a voicemail’.
Eventually I get a call back, bearing in mind I’d been waiting in to get insurance sorted as I didn’t want to drive illegally!
My current insurer can’t insure my new car - no real reason given why - I am now quoted over £300 more!
In the meantime I’d gone online and OneCalls best quote was just over £400, compared to over £700 they are quoting on the phone.
They can’t match that apparently, I can pay over the odds or cancel, I opt to cancel.
Beware of cancellation fees. Admin fees. I’m definitely in the wrong job. Over £150 to pay.
So I paid deposit plus one months insurance, then I have this on top….for 18 days insurance.
The call centre staff clearly do not care, their customer service skills are shocking.
I just feel so ripped off and feel like I wasted my time being mucked around by them.
I had my car and my house insured with onecall, not anymore. Buyer beware!!!!

Lockers all full for days it’s ridiculous
Email them and you get a reply saying busier than usual, probably with people complaining that lockers are full!!
So peoples stuff that’s been sent is sitting days and days in lockers it’s so poor.

Truly awful service.
Bought a controller for the xbox one and it was rubbish, poor quality. Returned it only to be told in an email that looked like a 5 year old had written it, no refund as it had been used.
How else can you try it????

Truly awful

Like everyone else it seems I'm overcharged and now they are in administration and we have no where to go?
I have disputed the charge with Credit style as I was mid dispute with Tonik and apparently they have passed it back to Tonik. Tbh I'm just expecting more debt letters from a bill I don't owe.
