Terrible company

Terrible company, customer service poor albeit polite. Bethany’s a treat! Purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 PRO and it seemed ok at first. Christmas Day my son was excited then rapidly disappointed when it reset every 3 mins. We tried everything to get it working. Then through Google learnt to read the phones error log. It was resetting because of missing sensors caused by a faulty port cable. The phone was returned and they refused to refund, only replace. It takes 3 weeks for them to arrange and deliver a replacement. They don’t care my son doesn’t have his phone, his gift. They apologise and repeatedly state that they’re not interested and it takes 5 days to process a repair from Tuesday. Then a further 5 days to replace. They sat on it for 10 days before any communication began.

Now Ultimo Electronics are trying offer money to remove this review. I won’t be removing it.
I’ve since purchased from EBay with a 1yr guarantee, it arrived perfect and quickly. I’ll never buy refurbished iPhones from Amazon again.
