Faulty product . Returned 8 weeks later still waiting for refund . Only to be told the same over and over it's with wowcher . N they bounce it back no trust in this company or wowcher quick ro take your money and not honour the policy . Do not buy from here or wowcher
or renew electronics. Acer chromebook £49.99...

I'm still awaiting a refund for a…

I'm still awaiting a refund for a product I bought that was faulty ..received on the 6th April returned on the 7th, I had to pay the postage myself and was assured I'd get it back ..after a week I contacted renew electronics and was assured I'd get my refund from wowcher as they received item back on the 9th april I'm still waiting, I have now gone to the resolution centre In paypal , luckily I paid via this option .
Very disappointed and unhappy with the whole process as I've been bounced from wowcher to renew electronics several times . It's put me off ever buying from wowcher again .

The windows came and fitted on time

The windows came and fitted on time , the fitters left the blinds down , so my disabled elderly father nearly tripped over , on asking for them to be put back , I was told they didn't have to , but they would on this occasion . The door bell was left hanging , and door latch was stuck , the door lock also had to be changed. They came back to fix the door , and on numerous phone calls and the run around from Justin and Vernon and almost 3 months later the bell and door lock was done in less than an hour . A lovely lady got things moving.
Quick to take your money , slow at following up .
Get your act together .

Mike the agent who phoned me to book the boiler service was very helpful, polite and friendly.
The boiler service went ahead as planned.
And Mike phoned me today to see how it went .
This is the second year that the cover has been taken out and very happy with the service , and the price is well suited ..

Scam

So I sign up , do the surveys , gain points , on gaining enough I choose to have it put into my PayPal.. .
It's processed and will take approx 7 days to appear in my account , I wait , whilst waiting I decide to do more surveys .
I'm trying to login , nothing but An error message in which it says to contact the help desk. OK let's contact them via email .
Acknowledged email sent back to me . Then today I receive N email saying I violated the terms and all points are forfeited . . A waste of time, nothing but a scam to gain data by answering surveys . If your thinking of making extra cash with this app , don't bother , it's tedious Nd doesn't pay..

Smart cover feed back

Looked for comparison home insurance and found this one they called me back and was happy to set up policy .
Pooja was very polite and explained everything . She was thorough and friendly.
The cover was great value compared to my last years insurance and covers a lot more ..
So happy

Review of ESB Energy (Now part of So Energy)

My mother passed away back in June…

My mother passed away back in June 2020.. I contacted esb to inform them where by I was told the account could not be discussed as it was in her name . They had my email address and mobile number as I was acting living power of attorney at the time , which ceased on death. I wanted them to stop sending texts and emails as I was grieving for my mothers passing .
They put me through to a bereavement office where I had to give details and my name ..I do not live at the property ..
The debt has been passed on to a collection agency where they are sending me emails and texts to pay .
I contacted esb last week and they told me the debt has been put into my name . Absolutely disgraceful ..going on about executor of will and next of kin which I wasnt ..
The collection agency were much more understanding and they had advised me to contact esb.
Debts cannot be passed on and certainly put into my name with mo formal agreement ..a contract wasn't made .
I have sought legal advice and been told this ..I will continue to seek more ..
I certainly would not recommend esb ..
The debt is only a small amount but I am not in a position to pay this when I have my own household bills to pay for ..

Excellent service

Was given Colin's number by a colleague of his at auto key assist
Phoned and he was able to come out next day to give me access to my uPVC shed door.
Very honest and reliable . His prices were spot as the quotes I got were almost double to what Colin offered . Would highly recommend his services . Very polite and professional..
