Appalling communication. Ordered a phone for my birthday with 5 day delivery. 5 days later on my daughter's birthday I checked where it was and was told there was an issue with the phone and it hadn't been sent out. So I requested a refund l. Then the next day I get an emails saying the phone has been sent out (6 days after ordering). Again I had to check what was going on. I declined the phone as I told there was an issue with it. It then took over a week to get my money back. At every I had to chase. I ended up ordering from Smart Cellular and the communication was brilliant from start to finish.

Placed an order for an iPhone on 14th July was told it would take 3- 5 days, it didn’t arrive so I contacted customer care, was told they couldn’t get the colour I wanted but they could send another Colour to which I declined and I said I would wait a bit longer for the original colour I ordered. Still didn’t arrive so I agreed to have a different colour, even though I was assured that it would be shipped within 24 hours it still didn’t arrive so after waiting so long I cancelled the order and said I wanted a full refund. From placing the order on 14th July, 30 emails later I was finally given a full refund on the 7th August ( 24 days of waiting ) I was also given £20 compensation which couldn’t be paid into my bank account it had to be paid in to PayPal account.
I would not recommend ordering from this company as they can not deliver the goods.

Bought 2 iPhone 12s for my kids, the good conditions ones.

A little long on delivery, ordered on sat and arrived the next sat.

As for the phones themselves, they were next to perfect condition, I was genuinely over the moon and my kids are delighted. I'll definitely order again!

Maybe I need to do a review every day I don't get the refund from here on out?? It's been 5 months I've been chasing a refund, MONTHS. Always an excuse " you haven't wiped the phone correct ....the latest on the 3rd August I was told a refund will be issued in 5 working days. Then yesterday (7th working day) "Shannon said it will be end of day" but still no refund !!!

Bought IPhone X 256 GB which come faulty but got fast response and quick repair. Delivery was a day after dispatch so I’m happy enough

Previously I have purchased Refurbed Iphones for my grand children. The product was excellent as was the service and customer care.
Earlier this year I purchased an Iphone 7 which proved to be faulty and after broken promises and prolonged periods of "No Contact" I was promised a refund - Still more delays before completing the refund.
In June of this year against my better judgment I ordered another refurbed. Iphone 7 (very best condition) which arrived after a delay and chasing phone calls, only to find that the screen had several scratches one of which was particularly deep. The phone was immediately returned and after my last experience a refund requested. Once again it took many phone calls and broken promises to get the refund.
It's like trying to do business with some ancient company - (Communication from Ultimo is vey rare and painfully slow!) I will never attempt it again!

I am sorry Bethany, I am so disappointed with this repeated "Ultimo Failure" that I am unable to accept the offer of a £20.00 "Good will Gesture" to "adjust" my Trustpilot review.
You personally appear to be a "Shining Light" amongst "Ultimo's" performance but even you are unable to keep the promises made. The "3-5 working days" for Delivery, Returns action and Refunds are regularly quoted but from from the experience of my last two orders, never achieved. I was even offered a refund for the return postage of my last faulty order but that never materialised.

Terrible service, online stated in stock so I ordered and had a email stating it would come between 3-5 days. Phoned up on the 5th day and I was told it would be with me next day and I should receive a email soon providing tracking, called the following day as it didn’t arrive and was told they wasn’t getting any stock till the following week (Monday to Wednesday) so I agreed to wait and for them to email me if it did or did not turn up, I then received an email from them stating it wouldn’t be here and they don’t know when they will be receiving it, both times I was offered a upgrade but it was infact worse/cheaper option then what I purchased in the first place! So I had to bite the bullet and get a refund from them which I still Havant received. All of this dating back to almost 3 weeks ago! So I would definitely avoid and not chance it like I did with this company!

Also tried to offer me a goodwill gesture to remove my review! Not because of the delays other wise I would have received the goodwill gesture with my refund but I didn’t! Don’t believe anything they actually say!

Absolutely Wonderful and Outstanding service received. Josh the manager was very kind and helpful, he assisted me very well and fulfilled the promises made.
The IPhone 13pro we purchased was as described in immaculate condition and super fast Delivery.
The prices are very competitive to other retailers on the Market.
I would certainly shop with the again and would highly recommend purchasing from this company.

Great value, prompt delivery!!!! Second time I’ve used the company for exactly these reasons previously.
