I place my order on 03/12 and it has still not been received and no updates unless I chase and still no idea when they will arrive. These were Christmas present and we are nearly 2 months since I ordered them.
Avoid!
After 5 weeks, I still haven’t received my order. Have emailed 4 times to chase it up and have been told “it’s on its way”.

Undelivered order. No communication
I placed an order in December and it has never arrived. I have sent over 10 emails and tried to contact them over instagram. And nothing. I requested to be reimbursed. Nothing. No communication.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. No telephone exists for them either. Scam
Following on from my above review and in response to UrbanMood response:
1. The email they have asked me to contact them through is the same as the one I have been using since December
2. An update in delivery was sent but the same message still stands from the 17th of December.
3. They refuse to reimburse me despite them having access to the order never been sent

This is totally outrageous. Despite urban mood responding to this review I still HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER placed on the 16th of December. I have requested to be reimbursed in full As my order has never been sent. Their website says it can refunded but no one will respond to my request.

SCAM! They will send you some random item and not return the money once you have sent back the item. No communication, no money. Don't order! SCAM!

Scam company! Do not order anything from them.
Ordered a Stussy hoodie for £60, so not cheap, took over 4 weeks to arrive, packaging from China and who knows where else it had been! Quality of top horrible, far too big for a medium and shiny black material (not even worth £10). Requested refund option and receive email with option to have 25% off the item or post back to Spain. Posted back for a further cost of £13 and have proof of postage that it has arrived at destination - however have not received any refund and no communication from them. Have contacted them several times but they are still ignoring me. Really wish I had read the reviews on here first as would defiantly not have brought anything from them! Complete scam of a company.

Paid money, not received item. Will not respond to messages. No refund received.
The return process is terrible
The return process is terrible. It took forever to receive the product and then the size was completely wrong so I want to return it and I received an approval for 25% discount. When you buy something and the size is totally wrong you should be able to receive a full refund.

Still have not received my order and I placed it December 4th. I have written many emails and have not heard back… it was gifts for my son for Christmas and still nothing and it is January 8th. Worst experience I have ever come across.
