Ordered a Stussy hoodie, which was way cheaper than other sites - for a reason! The quality is poor (thin, dodgy stitching) and defo appears to be a fake when compared to an existing hoodie I've got. No idea where this site is based, delivery was more than 7 days.
Ordered a wing mirror indicator on 9/3/24, expecting it to arrive well in time for me to fit prior to the car's MOT on 20/3/24. It's now been 8 days and there is no sign of the part, despite the expensive standard delivery cost of £8.49! You would expect pretty fast delivery for that price. Anyway, ordered the part from Euro CP today and collected and fitted same day. When part eventually turns up from Autodoc will immediately return it and won't use this retailer again.
Edit: Autodoc were apologetic for the slow delivery and customer service (Xena) helpful with the return, so rating increased from 1 to 3. Based on the customer service I would use again, if not requiring parts soon'ish.

I have a high prescription and the process of ordering involved way too much effort. There were numerous emails to and fro, including being asked the same question more than once, and after ordering I was informed that there was an additional cost due to the prescription. If this wasn't annoying enough, I was then told the frame I ordered wasn't available in the size I wanted! Overall, not a good experience and will stick to reglaze4u in future.

Needed a diamond cut wheel repairing that was kerbed. The work was booked in promptly and the staff friendly. Very impressed with the repair, the wheel looks like new.

Bought a GTD from Newark VW and have to say, customer service was excellent throughout, in particular from Jack. Car was in great condition and was able to give it a decent test drive. Bit a mixup when picking me up from Nottingham train station to collect the car but no one's fault - should have exchanged mobile numbers! The fact they were willing to do this is commendable.
