Ordered a jumper beginning of November and still not received it! (3/1/25) this was supposed to be a Xmas gift for my daughter!
Very poor customer services. Initially I had a response saying they were delayed. Now they are just ignoring me.

Very poor customer services. It’s not easy getting through and they don’t read the messages properly.
The collagen I was using had an offensive smell to it … it was so bad I couldn’t use it.
I asked for advice and if this was normal and because I had bought the product for Amazon they refused to comment and said I needed to go through Amazon.
I won’t be using vital collagen again. I will take my business elsewhere

Awful experience. Avoid at all costs!
Takes hours to get through to them and they don’t stick to their price promises!
