Awful awful company.
I’m writing this as I’m trying to encourage anyone firstly not to buy as they are scammers. Secondly the people that have bought to get trading standards involved as they state that the sell and exact 1:1 of the real products down to material and detail. This is false advertising as the items are cheap nylon with a label of 100% cotton.
Please let’s get scammers like this closed down!!!

Please don’t use this company if you are thinking you might need to return your item. I paid £25 for a bag that I didn’t like when it came and they are charging me £18 to return it. Honestly the worst returns policy! 😡

Very poor service from this company.
I never received a pair of hair cutting scissors that I purchased. Instead of offering to send out another pair while they deal with the order that was showing as being delivered but had not been they advised me that I would have to wait while they resolved this issue with Royal Mail for another 3/4 weeks. Sad really when all they needed to do was send another pair and have a little trust in their customers. After all they were only £15!!! Not a lot to lose from such a big named company. I’ve had a really bad experience with this company and I’m afraid I will not be using them again. Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and it never showed up. It was for my daughters birthday. I had the same problem with another parcel from JD Sports except they very quickly resolved it by just simply sending the parcel out again. This company however chose to make promises they couldn’t keep and now the day before my daughters birthday I’ve learned I’m still not going to get her main birthday present until after her birthday. All they had to do was send out another parcel like JD sports did and my daughter would of had her birthday present. Instead I was passed from person to person being promised that I would get it so I never got my daughter anything else. Terrible service.
