I had to message the customer service first as I didn’t receive an email or anything regarding the transaction. But once I dealt with Sara she quickly made sure the order was processed. Would purchase again 🙏🏾

Sold me a high quality fake essentials jumper, very hard to spot if you don’t know a lot about Essentials. Dead give away was the inside stitching and quality, a lot of the badges had messy stitching and or poor quality stitching quality.

Would not try to return via their website, as they will only offer store credit. Try to refund via PayPal/Bank.
