Clear instructions given for payment options. The team of engineers were friendly and professional, covered, cleaned and cleared all packaging and old boiler taken away. All radiators checked and clear instructions were given on how to use before they left. Very happy with my new boiler and the service I received.

DO NOT USE
I placed my order 12 November, order not delivered and tracking showing as not yet shipped. I emailed them to find out estimated delivery date, email could not be delivered due to mailbox being full. Emailed through website to ask for my order to be cancelled and refunded - no response. I have reported to my bank and Trading Standards.
